If you search Synairgen it does not return that event as relevant.

By the way on an iPhone you can do the equivalent of ctrl + f in the browser by tapping the search bar typing the term and then selecting find in this document rather than google search.

The vaccine rollout will be interesting, the protocol limits the number of times the vaccine can be repackaged.

They haven’t worked out yet how to distribute the vaccine direct to care homes so instead seem to be vaccinating elderly in patients at hospitals and care home workers who can travel to the vaccine distribution centres.

What is really concerning is there is no evidence that a vaccinated person is no longer a carrier.

How long before we have a catastrophic situation in care homes because vaccinated staff filled with vaccine confidence unfortunately act as the super spreaders.

The wold needs the Oxford vaccine I expect it to get approval even with the dodgy trial.

Blessed - All in good time, fingers crossed the P3 RNS lands this week.

Sorry I did rather put that out there and leave it simmering for a bit.

It’s an unverified rumour with no source but the suggestion is there will be an interim analysis by the FDA in the US arm of the P3.

The US arm is 400 patients so it’s plausible they might take a look after say 200.

Biden is inaugurated in January and Fauci (a fan of IFN) is his CMO so plausible.

Would be nice if this gets verified.

Interesting FDA rumours circulating hopefully there is some truth to them.

What a week of Pi’s throwing their toys out of the pram!! Will require larger trials and further funding. This is not a negative but it does mean there will be plenty of time to get in on a pull back after any good trials news.

Right now my money is working elsewhere and I am gambling missing out on a spike from good trial news but confident I will get a reasonable entry point in the new year regardless.

JohnBWatson - I suggest the large after hours trades is just multiple funds building a small stake.

Morningstar data has a few new funds with reasonable size holdings 1-1.5mil shares.

Miggy - I think it will fill quickly but I will feel more comfortable once we are started and not waiting under starters orders.

How many people over Christmas will put off going to hospital for a few days which might put them out of the sweet spot for the trial.

I’d much rather we where off and recruiting nice and early in December.

Fingers crossed anyday now.

At the risk of fuelling the negative nancies the biggest risk to this investment in the short term is failure to fill the P3 trial in a timely fashion.

I will sleep a little easier once we get the RNS that the trial
Is actively recruiting.

Whilst vaccine role out will be slow it will begin to, we hope, have a positive impact on reducing hospitalisations thus reducing the patient pool for the trial.

Do not underestimate the importance of:

- The speed in which SNG executed the P2 trial granting us priority status and first access to trial patients now.
- having a P3 trial across multiple countries so we can chase the virus and vaccine dead spots. It may be logistically harder to execute but it might be a master stroke.
