As for the virus passing I very much doubt this, I suspect this will be like the flu and be something that will claim lives on a yearly basis.

gkb47 - I’m starting to think all along it’s been an availability issue.

Reading the note about why we got dropped from Recovery it all fits.

I think it was the right call for the company to stick to their guns and self fund the trial.

But I expect the big hurdle currently is proving to regulators that the drug will be available in quantity, once they can do that people will be happy to shout about it.

Until then no one wants to shout about a wonder drug that is not available to everyone.

Hence MAP allows access in a limited fashion which is not likely to expose supply chain issues off the bat.

Gkb47 - I’m invested In FARN so I do want to see them do well however I have a much higher holding in SNG for the reasons below:

- If SNG can pull off home administration they will stop the virus at the gate before it has a chance to reach other organs which is where IV May have the edge over Inhaled. Covid is a respiratory virus it seems right to deliver via inhalation.

- IV really is an unpleasant delivery method the most traumatic part of my wife’s recent labour in her words was the cannula in her arm delivering IV treatments. They are painful, trigger many phobias for people and restrict freedom of movement somewhat. Not to mention require trained personnel to administer which adds significant cost.

So whilst injection and IV may work I see them as secondary options when inhalation is not possible.

Oxford - I can’t talk for Bryn but I read a similar article earlier and I think discussions of inhaled vaccines throws weight behind inhaled therapeutics.

Pure class by Holgate, given a knighthood and immediately pays tribute to his colleagues and peers working in the sector.

If you ever doubted the quality of the members of the board just watch the way Holgate handles himself utmost respect for the guy.

I think the challenge is the government is not going to adopt anything that they cannot access in volume immediately.

Dexamethasone was an easy win because it was cheep and widely available, so as soon as good data was seen it was adopted.

We’ve produced the data I think we are now being asked to gather a bit more data via MAP and inject some scale into the manufacturing so that when the government role out the treatment to much fanfare they don’t have the embarrassment of it not being available in quantity.

I have no idea when the news we want will land but the news surrounding IFN Beta is all good, the PR cogs are turning a little faster.

Holgate has got his knighthood and we are targeting reasonable production volume in January, these are all strong signals.

Parsley - With that profit you must have been on at least £6k per point that’s massive leverage and massive risk.

Especially on a share that is driven by news which could come at anytime.

There have been many safer shorts on the market which would have made you more profit on lower leverage which is why I don’t buy your I’m just trading this stock because it ticks all the boxes.

The commercialisation here is well underway I would be surprised if authorisations are not granted before the years out.

Holgates Knighthood is very timely.

Parsley - I don’t know your commercial background but what 3 Key things would you be expecting SNG to be doing that you feel they are not currently?

Parsley - We are not flogging to the general public so it matters not if SNG are in the papers.

The battle needs to be won in the professional sector amongst Doctors, Specialists and Regulators.

Data will win this battle, not headlines,

Kaeren - Agreed ODX order underwhelming news plus some already factored into share price.

SNG awaiting news with no indication of timing so likely to bob around as people chase profits. Risk is you miss the next inflection.

Not a great review of the solidarity trial.

I very much doubt it will do an SNG you have to remember both this share and SNG had been heavily oversold you could have bought both for 40p a few months back.

SNG didn’t correct itself prior to news where as here we have had a nice rise up to £1.

Would be nice to see 40-50% jump tomorrow but who knows AIM can get silly sometimes.

Scinv - Funny how you only ever show up when the share price is under pressure and don’t post when the momentum is the other way.

For those that are interested I spoke to my brother in law last night who is a pretty senior hospital pharmacist who deals with a lot of drug purchasing decision etc.

I quizzed him on MAP his initial reaction was MAP and clinigen are the bane of my life... Turns out the paper work for him with this kind of route is on the large side.

He said most drugs on the MAP route are trying to get market penetration quicker and boost the patient data.

My guess is we need a bit more data for approval and MAP may be a quicker route to getting it, it certainly won’t hurt.

It also has the benefit of putting the drug into the hands of many practicing medical process to see first hand it working.

Probably not RM first choice of routes but it’s better than self funding a larger phase 3.

Ted, GKB, could I trouble one of you for a link please? I can’t seem to find a way to search for a specific user to find the post.

I must admit I’ve not been keeping on top of all the posts here would be interesting to read these forms.

TedB - Do you have any evidence that we where dropped from a trial?

I think the actual story is we declined to be a part of Recovery because we wanted to get a statistically significant result with our double blind placebo trial design.

Recovery is open label not blind.

Now we have the results of our trial an open label trial such as Recovery makes more sense if more numbers are required.

Alternatively if we can gather data with the MAP route this is probably better still.

If I’m sick do I sign up to a trial where I could get one of 3drugs or maybe placebo or do I seek MAP access to a frug that has had stellar trial results.

Is it not obvious what the peer review will say:

-Data is high quality Randomised double blind
-Statistically significant result
-Very promising trends across multiple measures
-Could have had better balancing of co-morbidities between placebo and study group.
-Trial size is on the small side, suggest further trial to back up results

Peer review is not holding this back, they are currently negotiating with regulatory authorities on how to push this across the line in the most efficient of manners.

I’m expecting a combination of MAP/ trial extension And if the data coming back supports the existing results then green light for approval.

If the situation worsens drastically I expect MAP to have a big take up which should quickly show a strong signal of the treatment works.
