The last RNS showing any cash figures was 30 Nov, cash @ 30 sept. Relate that to cash burn prev qtrs (whic is all we have to go on) and it looks like there can't be much left.

Cash crucial in ANY early stage miner. Looking at Q3 figs co give no guidance on continuing cash burn, but looking at prev qtrs must b getting low imv.

Raise coming, or jv, or farm in?
Price action makes me nervous of a raise.

Convo shares, plus warrants, = c. 100m shares by my calcs. So total 349m shares, from 195m yesterday, rise of 79%..

PLUS 12.5% interest, PLUS 7% fee ($1.4m)

Helluva expensive, dilutive, raise.

I haven't yet got my head around what it does to SP fair value yet. Theres a lot to factor in, existing debt, addl production, etc.

Yes, all appears to be n track, and THX still well below the radar. a second month of the plant running to capacity with no snags, and of ore matching forecasts, is very encouraging at this early stage of production.

News seems slow to get out ; I'd anticipated a jump this am on the RNS.

I'd imagine this will filter on to the small cap radar in the coming days/weeks, how it's still sub 20p after this update beats me. MB a wider dissemination of the ARC forecasts would be helpful. Still, in some ways, the lack of presentations on the usual paid-for interview channels like pro active, lse, etc, i take as indicitive of a mgt happy to let their achievements do the talking ; after all, with such a fcast +ve cash flow, theres no need to hard sell to investors.
As the year goes on, if forecasts continue to be met, i'd be surprised if bigger beasts don't start paying attention, esp with all the other acreage yet to be drilled.

This is a relatively small but core holding for me. Good divi, well managed, good business model.

Can see increasing divis and a steady rise thru 50p by 2023.

this comment follows the text I posted earlier "As of Thor’s last published financial reporting date of 30 September 2021, Thor had drawn down US$48.5m of the AFC facility. We understand the US$5.5m balance was drawn subsequently. Interest payments are payable on a quarterly basis in arrears and had been capitalised up to 30 September 2021. Principal repayments are due to commence in May 2022 and to conclude in May 2025. The agreed repayment schedule has been sculpted to follow the forecast production profile, with over 45% of the principal thus scheduled for repayment this year."

It is followed by a fcast rev ac which shows repyts as they fall due, wgich I will try to post in full next.
