Putting on the watch list. I've had a look at a few things but nothing beats pat.l for the claim ratio and stage. 2% ratio and maybe 1yr from trial date.

One final thing. The share back is delegated, by law the company cannot influence it. The broker may have paused because they expect retail investors might c&&* themselves and they then pick them up cheap.

Thr basis is we lost 10m gbp in a case where we can appeal, and ignores a case where we won 25m gbp which accrues at 30pct per annum.

The won case greenx is being stalled, simply waiting due to that is starting to eclipse the potential loss.

This all comes down to quality for me. If the methodology is disclosed as NPV and using current gold prices, I think I will be in the same boat as Ed and take alot to the late stages.

My interest is in the minimum logical amount of the claim The arbitrators can give us, rather than the headline number.

I really think if we get a 2bn claim this can hit a 60m usd market cap.

I also believe a 500m usd award is very realistic.

We need to think of the claim not just in terms of size ( quantity) but also quality.

If the arbitrators for example accept a royalty valuation? Our claim can be low only by saying they expect low production/ low gold prices

The thing is if they accept a 40pct royalty that implies probably 700 usd an oz at the moment. How low can they argue the production from a 7.2m oz mine might be, even 1m oz gives 700m usd.

The ceo was saying 100g over 200m was fine at kalaka ( 0.5g per m). And celebrating zones of 30m at 0.8g. If you look at our original 1.7m oz, we had intercepts of 100g over 100m. Some had zomes of 10m at 7g.

How the commitee can argue super low production would be interesting.

Having already broken even I am also being a realist and remembering even a 100pct profit is brilliant.

I take the view any problem about deciding when to sell after a 100pct rise is not really a problem.

It is bit like dating which supermodel to marry

I think all actions need to be data dependent/personal.

I am not really bothered if they buy our shares ( cap gains) or do a divi as the implications are equal for me.

The key decision on holding a large position to the end will be if the case is private or public. If I can see the court documents and it looks like india are getting hammered that will be the most important info.

I am also interested if the panel will make the full results of the auction public. If you see lots of companies bidding at 40pct royalty plus, you could easily take that as a good valuation parameter and slap it into our model and get a good value

Very much a personal decision really and i am also not making predictions based upon greenX. That is simply one data point.

My decision will be driven not only by claim size but more importantly the nature of our claim.

I personally believe our claim will be based off an NpV that references the current gold price, and might be 1.5bn usd+

With gold staying high at 2600. I think our costs would likely be 1000 ( lower quartile). So every day our npv is factoring in a margin of 1600 usd an oz. Big mines go for 500k production a year.

My point if (if I am correct) is our npv will be based on production assumed before today ( locked in) and future production( prices and costs estimated).

If the locked in part is high, then the panel may be forced to give a bigger award as alot of cost and revenue data is known.

Complicated, but basically I am data driven.

BTW. 20m usd now is stupid. I don't see how the tribunal could give less that 400usd per the note.

Honestly I am not that bothered. A strong position will most likely only come once we have the SOC and a good schedule.

It would be great to see some positioning of others but it is all a bit short term for me.

When I ask the CEO about missed deadlines he often tells me it is a joint decision. Lcm/lawyers and pat.l

He was cfo of a major Canadian company and told me he has learned over the years to follow lawyers advice.

My impression is he wants to get everything moving but his hands are often tied.

For all new readers. Management do a really good job here and often do calls with many if us.

They are very open, honest and professional.

Hard to know if these are buys or sells. Could just be market makers restocking.

No matter what it is having activity at this level is a step forward.

Fingers crossed we get a nice trial date schedule and then people will find it harder to be out of the stock.

From what I have seen we have good drill intercepts.
