If they were going to settle i think this would have been done weeks ago not at the last min.
Personally i hope it goes all the way. We an close out prior to the judgement for a great profit and let some ride for super returns
Final thing. If this company did start to get traction in usa, i could.imagine them considering a US listing where the stock market gives credit for progress.
Only in the uk do you have a company with unique IP, discussing with major insurance companies in 2 countries and people ignore blue sky. Just are we at break even yet?.
The american stock market rewards ideas..that is why tech in uk small caps is so poor. Do we expect companies to be cash generative so fast?
To answer most points rationally and concisely
Yup there might be delays and so the price fell to reflect this. Do the delays bother me given a much lower price? I am not sure.
Nationwide made bullish statements. Sweden delayed due to app.integration.
I think a placing might have been needed regardless of performance with so many ongoing partnerships.
Each to their own. But no need to clog up the board with so many negative points.
If anyone sees the results please share :)
Personally i think the GOI might take time to release the result - not the most efficient i imagine.
Also not sure this event is really directly linked to claim as per earlier comments so not sure we would get an RNS.
Our claim calculation is the important thing, at best this might be a data point. Not sure it drives the next stage for us.
Who knows
Not sure TBH
Personally i dont think it will be that relevant.
It will be nice to know the value people put on it today.
But our claim is as of a past date, and anything they derive could be argued to be from selling an asset that has legal issues to a limited audience.
So while i am interested in the result, it is not really pivotal for me. I am more interested in how our historical valuation.
If our lawyers can make even a half decent case ( one that needs to be heard), we are onto a winner.
Because the probability of winning will.never be really known. But an event will occur where we have big payoff relative to 15m.
The ability to get a hearing is the key thing for me
Honestly. Move on.
Cash constrained
Market for graphite is under pressure
Management hated from shareholders.
Find a stock with a good story.
Fighting these 3 issues and winning is very hard. Too many people want to get out
I still keep tgr on my watchlist incase they land some grant/ bank debt/ strategic investor - but i found it mentally tiring so started to look for other companies with positive newsflow.
Good to keep an open mind
I came to the conclusion that watching this is frustrating. I started to look at other things.
Pat.l is a miner suing the gov of india for.potentially up to 1bn usd. They are backed by a litigation company that wins 90pct plus of cases and their market cap.is 15m usd
I had alot of pain here. Maybe look elsewhere for the multibagger
I am no so interested on the other us companies. News on the top 10 insurers will move the dial.
Some more dilution will be required. But if it comes with the announcement of new deals thrn that balances it out
The CEOs wording that Nationwide really sees this as the solution is very encouraging. I am sure they trial many thing ( why not - we would), but there seems to be some commitment now.
Hopefully scandi can get a move on and releade the app
I think nothing happens until next week until auction concludes. So good time to buy.
Interest rates being higher is great for us as.we.get accrued interest on our.claim. if usd rates are 5pct and they even add on 2pct ( if not more). A claim of 1bn used could grow at 70m a year!. 4x our market cap
