the real question is with so many positives why can't the board be ****d to record a 15mkn video to keep momentum in the stock.

Think about this.

Let's say the cost of our current project is 500m. 200m equity and 300m debt. Just go with example idea( not specific nos)

So you could put in 10m extra usd and get 10/200 more equity. Another 5pct of a 500m project.

Or you could use that 10 to fund a new project development costs. When that project is ready to go. The total capex might be 1bn usd. But again we get the 20pct free carry on it.

Do what is the best use of 10m usd.

5pct of a 500m project

Or 20pct of a 1bn project.

I adjusted my ratios of investment to be cash in/ equity. More accurate.

It would be illogical to invest in the project on matched terms.

You get 20pct free carry. If you put in 1pct say 4m usd then you get an extra 1pct.

Or you put that money towards the next project that gets you a 20x free carry on 2x bigger project.

It would be 40x inefficient.
