So in the last statement current assets were 2.3m and current liabilities around the same.

They just confirmed not breaking even at operational level so 1.5m is going on overheads per 6m.

It is super illiquid. The spike was caused by maybe 7k usd notional trading, so nothing to extrapolate.

Most likely we get improved performance and a reduced cash balance. Another raise might be required at some point into a better company story and I buy there.

The fact we have 100 lines in boop going into Xmas seems super strange. They need to aquire customers and this is the perfect time. Maybe they have issues with suppliers giving stock.

You talk about the case in india and missed off the key rns details from the company.

1. India made some agreement with indo and presented it in court. That is why we dropped domestic legal action.

2. Did you know india sent people around to mark out the new area ( in rns). That kind of indicates rights.

3. Do you know india rejected us because

1.we changed the name of then company, because they said the company

2. They said the license area belonged to someone else. Well their rights expired, and If you believe that why are you making agreements and sending around a dude with a tape measure.

There are wierd things like adding on 4 years interest from claim date in 2023 to 2027 settlement date. Do we think the company did not add on the interest from 2023 to 2025 when u calc in 2025?

Also a complete ignore on gold price even though we are at 4300 vs 3000.

There was also a comment they would only reconsider the investment after court case was delayed 20 yrs. The chair is not young he would be In retirement! the panel already stopped india time wasting and the chair is openly critical of time wasting.

As for the assumptions and guesses around why we might be where we are on valuation. Why pages. People don't really know about the stock or how arbitration works.

The perception of complexity is only being reinforced by bad write ups like this. It ain't hard!

Also the npv of our claim is accreting.cash flows get closer as we move through the case..less discounting

The usa FID on 1 plant will be transformative

It will come with supply agreements and probably offtakes and prove 3rd parties are interested at every stage of the business.

The timing of the updated nav for cotec for 3 hubs is probably this.

They have another project mag iron with a study with economics due any day.

Most likely when they update the value of that project they will also update their nav for hypromag as well.

They will also do some pr around the magiron study so it just feels a logical trigger event.

The usa site is 1.5x bigger than the entire phase3 expansion area where mkango are located.

It looks like the space could be 8x+ bigger than the mkango site.

That is alot of extra space to lease unless you have massive plans

The other concern I had is things look great in first year when you fix lots of issues but then this naturally tails off and I wonder how the companies view this.
