The key claim is the cost of material can be up to 50pct cheaper than alternatives and allow build 7x faster. It does not sound like the type of product where you margin will be squeezed until it is uneconomic. I think that there is not too much priced in and they had discussions with Dominican for another 230m usd.

I personally think someone in the UK or eu will take on the product. We are talking about a small investment amount, you will find someone. At that point there will be alot of buzz.

It is clear that the recent rise comes from purchases that coincide with opening of the usa market.

The excellent article by Queen penny is for the usa market. And the undervalued- shares that covers us is also followed by usa money.

Buying small cap foreign stocks is quite difficult in usa. I know people who have 4 different accounts in a effort to be able to trade what they want.

I personally have 3 accounts so i can try and trade foreign small caps, and even then I find sometimes I cannot buy what I want

You are pitching this as something that has dramatically lower cost than the alternatives ( and faster and greener). Why would you pitch a contract at a level where your margin is razor thin?

On the evaluation of the standards. I am no expert but we had a developer take delivery to progress in canada and today we met the requirements in uk and EU so it can be supplied.

I am not sure on the relative merits and there is the thing about non standard construction methods being used and mortgages. However I'd you grok the issue the uk Is making alot of modular housing already and the EU 8x more.

IMHO. This stock moves on articles that drive interest. I satisfy myself that as we get closer the articles are easier to write as the catalyst is closer. Also every day gold is higher the uplift in case value is more real.

When thinking about epp we need to think about the govs position.

The need for ldes is an inevitable result of renewables.

Currently the gov wants to store it because they already paid for it! Due to cap and floor

If the gov dropped the policy. The operator of the wind turbine would also want storage. No longer will the gov just pay them. But they now have power they can produce at cheap marginal cost. They want to max profits so store it and sell later.

LDES is huge.

The new businesses. Graphite and ammonia will bring new markets. Hydrogen is widely used and we can lower the co2.

Theae are important structurally. But LDES can effectively lower the cost the country pays on a given day.

No wonder why we want 4x more space for a salt caverns and why the gov thinks it is nationally important.

This goes beyond they wasting payments on 1b rising to 6bn on pets to wind farms for power not used. The benefit of this power hitting the market and reducing the equilibrium price is huge

A natural consequence od wind power. Wind power has 3 performances

1. Good output on windy day

2. OK output on less windy

3. No output when not blowing.

To get decent power you need overcapacity so you generate from 1 and 2.

If you have overcapacity you have unwanted power in scenario 1.

Storage is always required. Also given that the wind might blow hard for days and then stop. You need to be able to store the power and hold it long enough for the wind to blow slower. Long Duration storage is critical. If you use a battery you pay to store it but then release it 1 hrs when still not needed.

Also LDES is needed in general pumped hydro etc as another source. But the reality is the energy from the windfarm in sceanrio 1 has low marginal cost. You paid the capex so might as well use it.

I can see why LDES is inevitable and important.

Further as we set the price on the margin. If this unused power has been paid for due to the gov guarantee. The gov can give it to epp cheap.

The result is they add very cheap LDES power.

They can flood the market with cheap power which displaces the expensive gas power. The result is there are more days when gas is not required and our cheap ldes power sets the cost for the whole of the uk.

This is why the gov approves. It is not just about wasted power subsidies. It will lower the cost for all energy in the UK on a given day
