When they mess with the spread it is hard to know. My personal view is churn is good. At 8p, 8.5p or 9p is irrelevant. The more sellers that are cleared out the better.

The shallow holes are drilled in a line. Each is showing circa 100m at 1g a ton equivalent. One of the cross sections has two holes. The second hole was stepped off to the left so you can intercept the gold at a lower depth. This deeper hole was showing 150g equivalent.

The gold looks consistent, concentrated and with high grade. Our drilling shows 2g a ton.

That is just the manner of the CEO. I have met him in person. He is analytical and thinks about every word. If you check his background he used to value gold mines ( write the DFS reports) and lecture on mine valuation.

It is probably why he is so good at this. Being careful in what you say is important as everything written and said can be material in the court case.

I actually purchssed this stock because I hope it will be boring.

Once we clear the location of tribunal and one more item I am totally relaxed.

The trial will just move along and we will reach our goal post.

Commitee could easily take 1m to decide these points and then there will be a forward deadline for SOC.

Most interesting thing will be how tight the schedule is ( do both sides want to get on with it)

Having said the below. A placing next year might land if the spin out does not proceed. The question for traders is will the CEO do a placing after SOC is released, logic says yes. So maybe a placing at higher value than now

Asked about placing 1w ago to CEO. Said not needed.

These releases are not pumps. I discussed with vsa months ago and they said they wanted to research the sector. CEO also likes the reach of their videos ( some get 50k plus views).

This update is also just factual and delivering on a promise.

No issues if people want to trade this. Sell now and gamble on placement vs SOC is valid.

I do not see great positives if the company is not good. It undermines the quality of the auction an also implies the royalty stream to GOR Is not as secure

One of the key things in recycling is being a first mover. If you get offtakes for you feedstock then you build a moat and make it hard for others.

If you mess about and others secure feedstock it becomes tricky.

I am sure whatever price they get for songwe will be fine if we view it strategically

I think my point is for long term value. 40m gbp or 100m gbp net for songwe does not matter.

The proceeds would establish the first cotec equivalent operation with npv of 260m usd. Which allows replication.

In the long run, getting a deal done and limiting dilution for our recycling will be far more important than getting an extra 20m or 40mgbp from the sale
