The broker clearly stated they did not have access to real data so they are just showing it is Conservative by any method.

Seriously 100 a oz is the value of average projects from 2021 and 1m oz is 1/7 of our amount

Whenever I spoke to ceo I get the impression our claim is based upon the actual bhukia drilling results. Clearly this will take alot of time and cost money to do properly and needs a mining valuation specialist

Is valued as a 4m oz deposit at 100usd an oz ( for average deposits) then I do not know what to say.

Look at even our initial 1.7m oz deposit. Our intercepts ( lengthx g per m) were often over 100 over 100m. This is highly economic.

Does any of this so called analysis even look at the deposit we lost? There is a reason de grey sold for 3.3bn usd, it had size, grade and good location just like ours

I had a quick read of the note. Agree with the conclusion we are undervalued in any scenario.

Honestly cannot process if the valuation process used makes any sense at all. If you average companies, oz's and apply risk factors you just get a complicated jumble.

We had 1.7m oz of resource back in the day which would have been recoverable at 200usd when gold was sub 1k.

If we proceeded we would have banked decent gold production by now at high margin. How is any of that factored into EV per oz is beyond me

I read in arbitrations the claimant (us) has the choice to accept a payment or license. The courts realise the relationship is screwed so you cannot be forced to take the license back.

The license clearly is valuable

I suspect our claim might reflect current gold prices. Each day the price is high we have a good realised data point that cannot be argued against.

I am guessing the lawyers have used the time well and are saying they can proceed fast and have a quick timeline ( which is what we want).

Having followed a few of these, it is key to realise the CEO is going to follow legal advice first and lawyers do not give 2 hoots about investor desires/ deadlines for our trading.

I have put out documents previously showing the claim amounts/methodlogies are often linked to your legal arguments. While the CEO would probably love to show the number, the lawyers probably do not want to indicate arguments early... why would you?

You agree a schedule and then show your argument giving minimal reaction time
