This case was the major reason I held.

This is like buying a lottery ticket. Do we have a 2pct chance of winning? Everyone thinks higher.

We think 10pct+ is more fair hence why we like it.

Just read valuation section they state the underlying price per kg.

Note the date of study was during a huge price spike so why would they use a price lower than today in a study from years ago when the price was spiking!
