Apart from the small delays there has not really Been anything negative, everything is ticking along

SOC I believe comes after a commitee is formed.

NOA by definition is before a commitee because it is telling them to act or commitee will be formed.

The key thing is india are participating.

My view is if we are 3 weeks behind now. Potentially 3 more weeks. Then we should push back the SOC into jan.

Making the tribunal requires both sides to agree on a chairman, which is a bit of a game of chess.

There can easily be alot of discussion and a small delay.

One thing that at any time each party can ask the president ( of organsiation) to choose the chairman. This is in the rules.

The fact it has not happened ( nobody wants a random guy) implies they are discussing.

One thing I am happy about is india selected their guy promptly. So no time wasting on their side

Even if we appoint a chairman in 2 weeks, probably 1m to get their feet under the table to be able to set a timetable. Could easily be end of Dec or jan even.

It is a big case and they might want time to come up to speed.
