One interesting thing I read is that clause ignores abnormal events.

So some guy developed apartments. There was a massive shock to global economy a crisis causing the prices to drop. The compensation ignored the price crash.

Bit like ignore covid and pretend it did not happen. It was so wierd I stopped reading :)

I have read other documents about how the clause is applied and not all are super positive they have to define what is reasonable to occur.

I always felt that even measuring it as a deposit would be good enough for example say 8moz ( 7.2 plus credits) at 100usd+. Accused interest is a kicker. If we go down this type of calc then happy days.

I read up in this alot. You basically say as of date blocked you assume you were not.

Then you assume you built and operated the asset ( like a going concern).

If true the calc would factor in a mine that is still generating profits today. I think you could also assume any profit we had could be reinvested.

Boop seems to be heading towards an up to 60pct off model. That might suggest some nice margins!

He was young, borrowed cash and wrote it all by himself. The he decided it needed to be a magazine, so he found someone to print it. He had never made one before but learnt in a few weeks.

I think his business partner will be the same who left. These guys believe they can create value and want control of what they do.

I also told him messaging is incorrect on boop. The paid search used to say up to 80pct off

Another comment said up to 70pct and the banner said 60pct off.

If you look now the sponsored search for boop is also saying 60pct off.

I think they realise they can give 60pct and still sell. No need for 80pct off. Maybe for specials only.

I wanted to raise this as 60pct off is good enough and if you are going to raise prices do it earlier before traffic grows

I think your numbers seem valid given the traffic I checked. Q4 is a big quarter for all retailers and I would naturally expect it to increase from Q3

If you type that website name in Google along with check traffic another page comes up. Just slap in the url in. Seems like numbers are valid.
