Personally I never understood why we bothered with all this exploration historically as clearly it was dilutionary.

If the spin off is still on track I am happy. Waiting for the main show like everyone else

Get the claim out there if we need 10pct more share issued from day 15p, just do it. This scenario is hardly the end of the world.

I think timeframe it is not that important.

If it drags out we have a rising share of a case that is won, which is pretty good.

I want to see the debt facility sorted and this receivable hopefully derisks that from our lender

This just reminded me how much I hate exploration stocks. We are so lucky to simply have a chance to get the value of a huge mine, without all the drama of drill results, met work, permits, dilution from studies and build.

Anyone buying an exploration stock should by panthera. We have the best result you can hope for and at least a 50pct chance of getting the benefit.

Looking at the diagram you have to remove alot of non bearing gold material to get just a little but which is moderate grade.

Compare that to kalaka. Every bit you take has 0.4g+. You make money on each ton if it leaches.

I leave it to experts, but good results I see elsewhere can have grades high and the gold is all concentrated in same part. Here gold is spread out over large area

Kalaka was always the asset of interest driving the farm out. They confirm the grades but I expect a deal will depend on met test. It had to leach well.

The bido results are only 40m deep ( most times they drill 100 to 200m). Good we found something but not super interesting in terms of grade and width. CEO may have another take on it.

I am not expert on exploration results but they do not seem blockbuster compared to what I view in past

I would say if you lived next to ukraine it is more uncomfortable than if you live in uk.

If ukraine does not get support and collapsed we would be a few hundred km from Russia. Not pleasant.

i love that video. i googled the guy i think he is the no2 in gsi. so you have their key guy saying clearly the 7.2m oz we quote in our rns is too low.

it all comes down to what a lawyer will accept as reasonable to claim vs a geologist. but at least we have their geologist saying 7.2m oz is too low.

the law might say if not drilled not certain enough for the claim even if a geologist knows that is *******s.

At end during Q and A. He basically gets worked up and says of course there is more gold. Just do infill ( level 2 and 3 elsewhere) if that fails just dig deeper.

Clearly 10m oz which is what Mark Bolton said and this video has their side saying it for us!

On video by sheer at 3.40 shows all drill holes. These are concentrated on one block. Others are not drilled much

This video from top guy of gsi states the reserve by block. He confirms the block with the high reserve is due to more drilling. He says if they drilled the other blocks ( doing 2nd and 3rd level) the other blocks would have more. He also said even if they drilled the others and found little ( unlikely) if they just drilled the existing holes lower they would find more due to the geology where grade increases with depth as does the width of gold.

The most risk for kalaka is the met work and probably not the drilling. I am not sure the results give us everything we need.
