Why such panic. Ceo and cfo are buying more

Stock is nearly operationally profitable. They might need an extra 100k profit a month for company to be cash flow positive. That is 500k more sales.

When I spoke to ceo he seemed to be more focused on business than short term price movements the view seemed to be fundamentals will carry out.

I think the EV is low if they make profit.

These companies normally have a great margins are capital light with a strong moat.

One other thing is the competitors in Europe are backed ( for now) by big VC money.

I think the business if well run can carve out a decent living and this is enough to cover our 6m gbp enterprise value, so it is worth a punt.

Can we grow really big and be super profitable. That is what I want to find out.

- operational gearing ( unconfirmed)

Cons

- industry margins . Approved foods the market leader do 22m gbp turnover but profit is under 1m gbp. Website is crap. Owned by the surplus group ltd ( you can check company accounts for free if google

- proof of operational gearing and sustainable margins. A bit of buying can get a result I want to see consistency

- capital allocation and growth. DD has competitors in Europe ( guys we purchased assets from). Can nutricircle and boop carve out a more focused niche. I want to understand the blue sky thinking.

- CEO has no direct general retail experience

This is not ramp or decamp. Often people invest in microcap without looking at competitors, so I am just trying to be more comprehensive

Why the change of heart in 3 weeks. Just due to this.

Nutricircle traffic is up 50pct in Oct vs Nov.

Boop is half of nutricircle

Spent alot of time explaining that products are genuine due to low price.

Don't offer a 80pct discount on products that are overstock, just 65pct off.

Still a bargain, less doubt, higher margin.

Also do you want shoppers getting used to 80pct off.

Everyone should take their own view, personally I will not hold on the decision date. I will buy now while cheap and at some point derisk ( recover alot of the investment). This is like being able to buy a miss priced lottery ticket for free.

I did ask if current gold price could impact claim size and he said maybe. This sort of information is hard to research as is how do we get defeated if we can sue under x clauses. If we are valid in just 1 clause do we win?

I think there is value in understanding this area and he has been there and done it 3 times already

Tbh many things are overlooked. My main holding is going to sue for 50x market cap!. 2 similar claims won recently and the backers win 90pct of time.

Positive gross profit. Or positive after taking into account all the admin expenses etc ( costs after gross profit)

This is the perfect sector. Aspirational, high value, not bulky, easy and fast to pack and a story manufacturers can get behind. DD I am not sure.
