I looked at an arb here but without a good tax setup I decided the gain was not huge and just went for PAT.l . This is not a ramp, it is just an earlier stage play on the same theme where I do not need to worry about the variables so much

There are processes that are used to help both sides agree. If they feel they cannot then they ask 3rd party to appoint.

Yes. Content is pretty much expected. I always said they have to look at award as 1 * ( 1-corp tax)(1- div tax)(1- settlement haircut).

Their CEO stupidly did not confirm COrp tax position, settlement haricut is now raising its head. Because people do not know on corp tax they are lost on fair value. All.a bit stupid IMO, the had months to get tax opinion

On balance I think we are waiting a bit longer. Some weak hands might sell on delay( if we are lucky).

Personally taken a couple of small positions elsewhere. Hoping they payoff and I can jump back in here

I think issue here is that while the claim attracts accrued interest. Probably the litigation funding costs also has a high interest accrual. I am not sure they make much net by waiting. Incentive is there to probably cut a deal.

I listed my expectations before, but they are:

1. Comments on drilling. Kalaka ok, bido a baby step.

2. Guessing farm out chats are OK due to kalaka grade, no deal until met work.

3. Lots of dancing on chairman but close, why? If they were getting nowhere they would ask chairman to be appointed for them.

4. Claim size is delayed until Jan. I expect they need to release the claim with an official doc and until the commitee if fully formed and they set a timetable they cannot do much. Commitee is late, SOC late. Not our fault just part of process.

Normal delaying tactics. They want to cut a deal and pay % of award for early payment ( same as indiana resources).

The competitor approvedfood turnsover 20m gbp and makes 0.6m after tax. Their website is pretty poor and this company has much better marketing and probably margins.

I am not sure how far this can go as I went back to the UK for a week and some discount shops were as good in some sections with more choice.

I think HUD can beat approved food and it is a good story, so once some guys get behind it on X it could move.

I still think PAT is an easy 100% or 200%, but news likely comes in jan. Setup for PAT is just nuts, chance for 1bn usd + when valued at 13m GBP.

Most likely SOC is next year. The initial deadline was based upon the commitee being already formed so I expect some slippage.

Getting 2 opposing sides to agree on the third person probably involves some negotiation as everyone wants the chair to be more aligned with them. Again nothing we can really do.

The results on kalaka were expected. Bido results were not great.

It will move on claim amount and if we have spin out. But I think there is another step on kalaka

Pat.l seems to have the stronger short term news so that is what I backed.

If only they could tell everyone how huge it is we could all start doing some active trading

I believe they wanted to know more about the bits with 0.8g per ton.

I think the idea is to target the higher grade bits around 0.8g+. This will be higher margin, pay the plant off fast and rest is derisked.

Dfr said their initial.plan was a small.plant.

God knows what happens to gold, but the investments banks view is trump will cause larger deficits. Most likely people think uncertainty increases which is good for gold

BTW. Hud has a little movement. Some guy on X who pumps shamelessly noted he took a position.

Not in love with the stock but if they pump It hard I will take whatever gain I get and get out.

Lit.l has good fundamentals and in my risk view is not that risky given their contracts.

Most likely when the market sees the huge claim size on pat.l, I derisk I will park some here

I sold lit.l even though undervalued as I don't see it going nuts in short term.
