Someone also pointed out validly. I'm they just say pay out 200m then you get a super dividend and the pay income tax. Buying today the value is (1- personal income tax)×200.

Still quite a few variables here. I think there is value but it is down to the Interplay of all these things.

The best way I explain this. Consider a coin flip game

If heads you get 2 and tails you pay 1. If tails come up you can reflip. If you win we give you double as performance fee. You can play the game many times.

The nav is Conservative. Valued I think at a gain of 200pct a case I believe and they should make around 4x.

The biggest case I see is queensland power.

Long term I like it. I would say that the stock tends to rally on news and fall back. We just had news and a spike so I am 50/50 on adding at present

I hold this as a very long term play. I have it on margin and they do not accept new positions so I buy and hold.

A company making an IRR of over 50pct on investments is a good long term compounded.

Short term price action is not so important here to me. If they keep doing what they do, they will organically grow, get bigger and become less risky

Watch the latest presentation. They comment that there is a movement to support the industry. Singapore passed laws etc.

There was some short term fuss in uk because they said litigation funders could not take a pct of award. Lcm do not do this. Rbg.l were messed up

I am not being negative. Please note indiana resources accepted lower than the award to accelerate the payment.

I emailed the company to confirm I'd the award is subject to tax. No response, which is a bit dissapointing
