Ceo answered by question, the wait for judgment is 2m to 11m. Wide timeframe but we funded this on our account. If something good comes it is a step change

Having had a small position here ( I punt on lots of litigation cases), I decided to sell.

Most of the value is in and I did OK. The game now is about tax and a potential haircut on settlement.

Given I had a small position I just hit sell and moved it somewhere else.

BTW, vsa capital are going to do a write up about these litigation claims so it will be a good source of ideas ( CEO mentioned it when I called him)

Indiana decided to take a lower payment than the award, basically to ignore all the messing around with delaying tactics.

When looking at receivables to be safe, Personally i would assume say you get 80pct of this and assume corporation tax is due. I sent email to company to clarify corp tax but no response.

The big one is corporation tax.

Another angle is that you can view this as a fully funded company soon can can advance assets without dilution. That is pretty huge as dilution to explore and build destroys most value propositions.

If you simulate it using lots of cases it is hard to loose your shirt. People focus on returns, but I think that is wrong. If you put 2pct of your cash on each item the gains massively make up for a series of losses. Probably less risky than retail etc

I think it is just crossed wires. My intention was to help greenX investors make money. They understand the arbitration process.

Amazing company. If they keep doing this and compounding it will be huge. I also think they are not risky.

This is just independent events. Like a coin toss game but you win 4 and loose and pay 1. Plus you win 75pct+of times.

If this was in a casino everyone would play it. But because it is a stock they do not.

Pat is not really being ramped. Just that market cap is 14m gbp and it is the same type of trade with an estimated same claim size.

I think nobody says it is like greenX today, but it is not crazy to think in a couple of years it might be.

If people are interested in listed stocks with big court cases backed by lit.l, then this is it.

It just depends if people want that type of trade
