It seems both were exploration assets and the one awarded was more advanced.

I have not been able to find the judgement. If we think they claimed 1bn. This was split over 2 equal sized deposits. Say 500m usd for each, their award of 252m gbp for one deposit was actually a good ratio!.

It would be interesting to know why one deposit was not paid out ( or maybe not because we are not lawyers)

I would not expect lots of cash from the sale of WA. I discussed the value for pre JORC resources with CEO when I first invested and AIM is rubbish at moment.

More likely I think is a farm in ( they explore to earn %). I think this is safest view, with fingers crossed for some lucky payment.

This article says greenX sued for 2 deposits. They actually only gained compensation for jan karski and not the second one. Given they were both approx the same size ( lazy chat gpt result below)

The payout ratio on the deposit they won was higher.

You can view this as positive or negative depending on your viewpoint.

This is an initial result so might not be 100pct true

Personally I put little weight on how greenex behaved. The stock might go crazy or nobody might be interested ( small caps are nuts)

When it comes to dilution I built in aggressive assumptions so I am nicely surprised.

I would say trying to make a trading strategy based upon a sample of 1 ( greenX) might not be the best. Indiana reacted very differently, this comes down to how well the news is recieved but each to their own.

Personally I decided if I hold this mentally I am OK to go to the trial and a bit beyond.

But yes. 2 initial payments of 60m usd each, then royalty of circa 65pct on value of minerals sold which is circa 8moz equivalent (7.2 from gold and 0.8 from credits ( copper etc))

The share price soon will loop really silly (we hope). It all depends if the investor community gets behind the stock. But i think if someone tells me on Dec. 18m odd until trial and claiming maybe 1.5bn usd. I think I would buy pretty easily.

My only interest is. 1 court case seems solid and we get claim if 1bn plus. Then I wait. If something good happens earlier great if not no worries

Uk smaller market is crap. People are ambulance chasers. Liquidity comes on news and then vanishes. Then they go chase the next thing.

Brokers are not fussed because there is no volume.
