Thing with this arbitration. Say end of Nov it was initiated worst case scenario. 60 business days from that date exc public holidays take u too todays date.

So there can be no BS delay on this from board. It’s material news and with that must come an RNS to advise of the outcome of this.

What I don’t get with these so called rollover trades is I have never seen these before with this share. Just doesn’t make sense to me.

There is way too many times it’s happened. Remember align wanted to away at 1p per share some time ago. It still feels to me that there is a deal somewhere behind the scenes where align are offloading to someone else at say an average of 1.5p or there abouts. But no idea. Just have never seen roll over shares like this happening with this company.

Time will tell. Just appreciate others input into this.

I believe it has to be results of arbitration. That is a RNS update all day long and should be on its own, not wrapped up in an update with everything else.

The dates show that no matter what the 60 business days should be up this week and that would surely mean update of something next week, that update could be anything but as shareholders we should be entitled to that.

When u have invested in here since 2016 under Kennedy ventures and have stated numerous times that I am here for the long haul and life changing numbers 6 months or longer is a breeze.

It’s just frustrating that the board take forever to update.

It’s good that the sp has held up and I honestly believe that this could double based on the next update especially if Its really positive.

Anyway fingers crossed all.

Richard Jennings will be offloading some of his shares, would it surprise me if it was our new offtake agreement taking a position? Probably not. But align are defo punting, they were punting at 1p before, they will be offloading and this price is being manipulated to allow an average price at something.

So they said they expected arbitration to commence Nov 24. Given that 60 business day timeline is up by next week i would fully expect the secret service KZG team to provide an update on this by next Friday at the very latest. Then we will start getting updates throughout March with potential more off take agreements and the Perdevelei license.

Q1 and next 5 weeks will be massive for the direction of the company.

My op went well, challenging, got sent home even though I was still bleeding from ankle, turns out when I got home my artery in my ankle popped and blood everywhere. Had to get rushed back to hospital where I ended up having. 2nd operation. Was kept in for 3 days, now bed ridden and recovering. Will be off work for sometime due to the amount of work my foot went through.

Frightening thing was if I had went to bed and that had popped in my sleep, dead. It was already leaking as well when they sent me home

Bumpingalong - I have £20k in iron.

Had just given up hope and no even bothered looking at that company anymore. I will go now and read their statement and hope they follow KZG process. Still wouldn’t surprise me if we seen a joint venture with KZG and iron by the way once our money starts ramping up.

We should hear no later than week commencing 3rd March. That’s if the meeting took place on the last business day in November. So not long to wait on that. By end of March we will know so much re the company. March 2025 is going to be a game changer for this company.
