The Company has instructed its attorneys to commence arbitration proceedings with immediate effect. Arbitration will take place in Windhoek, Namibia, with an expedited timescale for conclusion of 60 business days from the initiation of arbitration proceedings.

However

From RNS dated 13 December it states

Post-Year End: In September 2024, Kazera initiated legal proceedings to enforce the Aftan Sale Agreement, with outstanding payments due from Hebei Xinjian of approximately US$9.5 million (£7.5 million) comprising the unpaid capital, outstanding shareholders' loans, and accrued interest.

· Arbitration proceedings expected to commence in Namibia in November 2024, and Kazera remains confident of a favourable outcome, especially following the recent granting of a lithium mining licence which enhances Aftan's value.

So does that mean it’s 60 business days from when it commenced? Ie commencement date Nov 24?

It says % of share capital voting rights for

Others including directors when calculating = 70.84% but then u have Catalyse Capital Ltd & Related Parties RS & CA Jennings at 27.15% and Tracarta Limited at 5.47%

But also says 34.33% of the issued ordinary share capital is not in public hands, as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies

Am confused. Can someone explain please as it’s too early in morning for my brain to be working lol

TheBasher the opportunity that exists now is frightening ain’t it.

I always said I wouldn’t buy more but found myself buying more the past 3 weeks. As u no I was risking everything in this. (6 figures) and by the way that’s life changing for me those numbers. But reality for me was I was never gona retire early being risk averse. It was always all or nothing for me. Still along away to go but my gamble like others may just pay off. Just need to wait n c.

If we get the mining right over Perdevlei u can bet ur last £ that we will sell some of that off at (X) while keeping % of the profits.

That £ will allow us to reinvest and start producing the volumes that will take us into the next stage as major player. Then it’s goodbye the low numbers and hello the 10p plus.

Am buzzing to see what happens next. I’d be amazed if we weren’t 2p plus by Xmas day.

Time will tell.

Looking forward to tomorrow and each day after that. We should hear very soon on arbitration. Expect us to hear this week on that.

Hopefully flashing red light tomorrow 7am with more positive news.

Patience has certainly been tested. No gona lie, thought this was dead and buried many times, but Dennis and his team have done incredibly well. Not to forget Align too, without their support am pretty certain we wouldn’t be where we are today.

Am really excited about the prospect of KZG and near term / long term re rate. It’s one of those that if everything falls into place (by Q1 2025) we could be in a position where everyone will be scrambling for these shares. Can see a proper supply / demand scenario where the price could just keep increasing steadily over time.

This reminds me so much of the start of the rise of sound oil when it went from 1p to £1 in space of 14 months. What I mean is the anticipation and excitement that is building. People will want in. Some will derisk but honestly am just gona sit tight and see where this goes over next 24 months.

It’s not often a company comes along with management team which could realistically change people’s lives for the better. My personal belief has always been this is my retirement share. I hope am right for everyone’s sake. Wouldn’t mind retiring in 2 years at age of 48.

So pleased for everyone today. Been long overdue. Here is to many many many more exciting days.

Ps remember arbitration 60 business days concludes tue. Are we gona be in for another early Christmas Present Dennis????? Come on we have faith in you.

When I and other LTH invested in this back in the Gilles Clark days of “first lithium producer” back in 2016/2017 and under the name of Kennedy Ventures the share price went from 1p to 15p in 4 months.

NOW we are sitting on a company that has a share price of 1.4p that has substantially more opportunity and can make shareholders all kinds.

Anyone selling today, good luck for the future. Anyone buying today, be prepared for an amazing ride.

Well done the long term share holders. It’s been a test for everyone, but patience looks like it’s going to be rewarded especially in the next 24 months. Who knows where this could end up.

Totally agree with u. Was reading previous RNS last night and one stood out. Talk about the possibility of a restructured deal. See RNS 30th July.

Discussions continue with various third parties which have expressed an interest in the Namibian project. The Company understand that Hebei Xinjiang ("Hebei") continues to invest in the mine and is active at the adjacent Orange River Pegmatite operations. Whilst the Company is confident in its legal position in relation to the ownership of the shares in TVM and its claim to approaching US$10m of due debt, it has not rejected the idea of concluding a restructured deal with Hebei in the near term. In the interim, Kazera remains the sole shareholder in the Namibian subsidiaries.

Personally I can see some £ coming in soon enough but there will be some assets thrown our way as a % or something.

We will find out soon enough. But me personally can’t see a situation where we get the full money paid in straight away. Defo a restructured deal on horizon.

Totally agree. KZG have history of this, well previous board do and numerous times. Same as all companies.

I fully believe this is being manipulated to allow those in the know to enter in at much lower price. Standard practice with AIM companies. By my calculations news on arbitration is up on 16 December. So anytime between now and then.

Re the mine, even if we get it back, It was RNS that we had been having discussions in the background with other potential buyers. So I would expect that any sale will still go through fairly quickly.

Transformational news just around the corner folks. Don’t be fooled into selling. Remember the world works by taking from the poor and making the rich richer. Don’t be the guy/girl to the left, be the guy/girl to the right.

Maybe 7am ish we might know more. U just never know.

But been buying more last 10 days or so. Might be totally wrong but being in this share for past 8 years has taught me now to do the opposite as what others think.

Would honestly expect the arbitration to be concluded in our fav as well as off take agreements all in time for end of December.

Still a big gamble, but one am willing to take. Might be a fool. But hopefully am a rich fool.

Great news today. Well done to Dennis and the team.

Another box ticked off and another step in the right direction.

If We get the right result on the arbitration for the mine, if we get the transformational off take deal with off take partner paying for the correct machinery this share price will rocket.

In my opinion I would think all existing shareholders will get that dividend they have all spoken about.

One things for sure. Back in 2016 when I first invested in it, I never thought I would be as excited as I am now thinking of the potential for KZG and where this could end up.

One thing is for sure 2025 could be the year people. Where this share price could go is anyone’s guess. 2025 could be the year we longtermers have that party and celebrate together the success of KZG with some hefty £ in our pocket.

Aye been 2015/2016. I managed to average down from 15p all the way down but i haven’t bought for 2 years now. It’s been a hold for me. Was too balls deep in the share and as others said there comes a time when u think this is a waste of time,

Patience has certainly been tested. Still underwater but at 5p it’s game changing money for me.

I can see us going from strength to stength now. Will be great to get that money from the mine and then with £2.5m approx coming in every year what’s not to like.
