Island girl. Tbh KZG under Dennis has kept things under wraps, not the same Giles Clarke leaks as prev with large shareholders reducing their holdings in advance of placings.

I still believe that there will be an RNS update on the mine prior to our main quarterly update.

The mine update on arbitration has to be its own RNS.

It would be somewhat surprising to have Dennis talk openly about Arbitration being concluded Q1 2025, plus when u consider that legal matters concluded ages ago so they are either negotiating revised numbers or they are selling to someone else.

You really can’t have a quarterly update stating arbitration ongoing discussions, that really needs sorted now in my opinion.

We have noticed large trades going through but others better in know than me have mentioned it’s put through trades between 2 account.

Honestly have no idea. Put it this way if those large trades were sells this would have tanked. If these were buys this would have rocketed.

We would also have had an RNS so it’s just a wait n c situation.

I for one ain’t selling. I have always been as true to this board and won’t lie. Not in this for my money back. Am in it for the long hall and life changing numbers

Thebasher I have been manifesting for this year for along time. Well 2017.2018,2019,2020,2021,2022,2023,2024 and now 2025 lol.

Am a believer in the risk and reward with this. Am sitting on around £125k in this just now. That’s life changing money for me, don’t let that kid u. Is it gona make me retire early. NOPE.

I have 1000% belief in Dennis and the team. I take this man as a man of integrity and personally believe at his age he wants away asap too to enjoy his retirement.

Things happen for a reason. I believe in that. I didn’t buy KZG knowing about these opportunities. I bought in on back of lithium and tantalum.

Let’s c what 2025 brings. This next RNS prob won’t be the game changer but what it will do is give us more info and also got to remember the news flow for 2025. No matter what happens i ain’t selling a penny.

I was down to £27k last year. It’s paper loses and paper profit until u do something about it.

I believed in sound oil when it was 5p and it went to £1 selling at 68p.

I believed in PYC when it went from 0.038p to 21p and then 5p to 14p for a second rise after it fell to Fuk.

I got iron wrong for now. Still think KZG will have a play in the revival of Iron. Watch this space. Telling u.

Just keep believing all. That’s what I do always.

What do I expect…….

I expect this share price to be 2p prior to the announcement in anticipation of the announcement.

Just think if everything goes to plan this year which I have no doubt will

1) Perdevlei licence granted and potential deal struck with Fujax where they will pay for machinery etc with some form of discount of HMS for a period of time.

2) more off take agreements

3) arbitration concluded and restructured deal

4) potential of some form of special dividend or money used to reinvest in elsewhere

I no it’s all ifs and buts but this must be the most exciting AIM share out there for now.

I say for now based on when this does explode over the next 1-3 years we might find our market cap could be that high we are away from AIM altogether.

Again all my opinion and I really hope and pray for everyone involved here that this goes the way I predict it to go.

One tip from me…… if and when this licence gets granted. Don’t be daft and sell. Hold and u will have more money than u can imaging in 2-3 years

So far Dennis has been a man of his word. Hasn’t let us down with what he has said. Few things have been outwith our control but only so many times we can be told it’s a transformational year.

At least we don’t have Larry at the Helm.

Never seen so many OTC deals before in my life with KZG.

More late deals showing up.

Only matter of time before this explodes.

Still would bet my last penny that this arbitration outcome is already known. Timeline is over 60 business days. KZG previously Kennedy Ventures always had previous for this, news to select few then update market when u have either sold (bad news) or (bought) good news.

The one part of AIM and investing with KZG I despise. Anyway shares remain in bottom drawer for next few years. No matter what am here for the big pay day and not the 10%-100% increase I fully expect in coming weeks/ months
