TJ Mac - I don’t doubt that this is happening.

My job is strategic procurement. Done it for nearly 30 years now. I would be Amazed if we weren’t forming a deal with Arcadia and using both as leverage to get our self a good independent deal for both parties.

Time will tell but that is my personal belief

Also am sure I read previously RNS re licence. Am sure that was to be In for Q1.

My take on this is similar to Arcadia minerals, we have told them to bolt and we are in the process of a joint venture with Arcadia minerals and ourselves for both mines.

It would be silly not to re above. Let’s remember this has been going on for some time, I would be amazed if negotiations weren’t happening behind the scenes prior to us going to arbitration.

What I’d love to see is we have told Hebei Xinjian to do one and have retained the asset and £. Then agreed deal with someone else. That’s the RNS I want to see.

My believe on all this is as follows

1) we already know we have won arbitration

2) HeBei Xinjian Construction has defaulted and we will have terminated

3) similar to Arcadia Minerals we are now in final discussions with potential buyer for Tant Mine

4) Don’t let anyone fool you that discussions with any other interested partner hasn’t been taken place. It would be commercial negligence from the board if we have sat for basically 2 years, receiving zero income from sale of mine while having no discussions with any of the previous interested companies interested in taking over the mine.

5) could we basically see an RNS saying we have won. We knew we would win, behind the scenes we have been in dialogue with Arcadia Minerals and as such we are entering into a joint arrangement with XYZ who will be taking over both Arcadia Minerals mine and Our own mine? This is what I would expect to happen. Maybe RNS might not ref Arcadia Minerals but interesting that they are well ahead of us in there issue with Hebei but have still not RNS re who is taking over. Just a theory.

Anyway all my own theory. My job involves strategy, contracts and law so thinking this through it’s not unrealistic in my opinion.

Honestly it’s already done. Sorted. They are delaying this to allow people to get in. I don’t have proof but news should have been out long ago going by their RNS.

The last RNS said A final decision from the Arbitrator is expected shortly. How can that be when they said 60 business days from quarter ending dec 24?

So they know the outcome.

Arbitration is certainly taking its time. My honest opinion is that’s already been settled. Some big buys have come in of late.

Look at the RNS dated - 31 March 2025.

Arbitration proceedings expected to commence in Namibia in November 2024, and Kazera remains confident of a favourable outcome, especially following the recent granting of a lithium mining licence which enhances Aftan's value.
