Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Echo ur comments on RNS. It’s very good news. The journey begins
Kazera Global plc ("Kazera Global", "Kazera" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to provide the market with an update on progress following its acquisition of Deep Blue Minerals on the 15th of last month:
· The Company has successfully negotiated the purchase of all necessary machinery and equipment for the commencement of operations.
· All of the machinery and equipment has now been delivered to the Company's operational site in the Western Cape and has been made "mine ready".
· All necessary staff have been recruited and have successfully undergone the required medical and security checks, as well as the mandated training.
· The above have all been achieved within budget and ahead of anticipated time scales.
· Deep Blue Minerals have secured a sub-contract to mine beach diamonds in addition to the existing sub-contract to mine land diamonds.
· Diamond mining will commence on 3 August 2020.
Further to progress on the Company's South African interests, the Company is pleased to note the successful completion of its most recent drilling campaign at its Tantalum Project in Namibia. A further Operational Update specifically on the Tantalum Project will be announced shortly as appropriate.
Dennis Edmonds, the Kazera Executive Director managing the Alexander Bay projects, commented:
"Considering the enormous obstacles imposed by Covid-19, the team have done a fantastic job in sourcing the necessary equipment from all over South Africa and getting it to site as quickly as they have and comfortably within budget. This could never have been achieved without our drive to meet our commitments to our shareholders or without the help and support of the concession holder, Alexkor RMC JV ."
Steven it’s going to be a phased approach. They aren’t going to wait till they have everything drilled to then start building the water supply.
Hi mate. I have been looking in. Not gone away. All I have been doing is watching and reading everyone’s comments. I will admit watching it slide was doing my head in so not posting etc has actually been good for my health believe it or not. Hopefully we will all be rewarded when the time is right
Fortitude I have total respect for you and few other long term holders in here. Think where we were under Kennedy ventures. ****e quality but a SP from 2p up to around 15p. Yes it’s been horrendous and over the past 3, 4 years I have been averaging down to now below 2p. It’s been horrendous watching this share price plummet. But as u say it takes time. I still think we are about 1 year now away from production although there should be nothing stopping the production based on staged process while water supply is sorted. This strategic partnership that we should be signing off on should push our share price to above 2p and that’s what am looking forward too. Even at that price am going no where. I am here for the dividend days
Absolutely. They have been tweeting for past few days. The share price has gone up and up past few days. They have had ample time to send out an RNS but chose to in a way that lets there mates sell out.
They certainly know what’s around the corner. Remember this moved before from 2p to 14p in few months years back
Agree thanks for this.
For those that know me, I am still invested and have been quietly buying up more and more at these prices. Am telling u there is a few in here that must have at least 5% of the shares combined.
Next RNS for update could be the game changer. If they come out with another statement about 2 companies still doing due diligence etc I will flip. That deal must be near to completion. Orange river pipework (be interested to see timescales for this too).
Cheers lads

Just reading comments on here re will KZG still be trading. Will all the details in the RNS etc and positivity from LJ over the years this will still come good IMHO. Will I be investing more. Nope. Locked in but as others have said... past caring now. I will continue to look in but past stage of giving a fuk lol.
Day.... absolutely and why I said been there before and also why I apologised to Steven for my outburst. Wasn’t merited
Steven the funny thing is u say nothing positive ever about this company. I get the fact and I have been there about being cautious but Fuk sake ur relentless. However I do apologise about calling u a clown
Steven49 and if anyone actually believes u are invested them they are as much a clown as u
Mines or Stevens lol?
I honestly think we will be fine with this share. I just need to no keep looking at the share. Only saving grace of the price the now is I am getting to top up and average down. another £489 top up today.
Steven that’s some accusation about the mine not being commercially viable. I think u have a hidden agenda. Every single post u put up is Negative. At least when I am post I am putting on statements from RNS and using my knowledge of procurement and strategies to have meaningful discussions with the people on this board.
Yes I wonder why LJ doesn’t buy or GC doesn’t buy but they do have millions of warrants and ontop of that they may buy in at later date but I have seen other companies where directors buy shares and the share price still tanks. Sound energy, Cloudbuy to name a few.
GL on ur investment if ur invested thou and hope it pays off for u.
An embarrassment of a message
tarquinpike I totally get u also. Am frustrated as fuk too trust me but I am of the mindset I have waited since 2015/16 so why not wait and c out the picture. I personally believe I have mapped this out correctly and have my fingers crossed that I have called it right.
One thing I never said which I would like others opinions on is the Kazera Global (parent company) with Kazera trading as a subsidiary. Could Kazera trading be the first of many subsidiaries under the umbrella of Kazera global ? Remember we are an investment company. Just a thought.
Meant to ask u a question pranchalee.
Any idea how many litres of water is needed for one tonne of tantalum? And do u recon like I do that the water being generated will be getting recycled in some way back into the process?
Morning pranchalee
I know u get it and I know others get it too. But it’s not just about one guy buying shares in a company and all will be good.
Larry actually is delivering a strategy (medium/long term) one at that.
This is so far under the radar just now and only those who have followed it in depth for years knows how it’s being delivered. I will say I am at an advantage because i deliver large scale projects that can take years to execute so I know there will be key milestones and hurdles along the way. I still think KZG is like a race horse chasing the grand national trophy and good news is we only have few hurdles left to jump and prob about a mile or so left in the 4 miles of distance it takes to run.
I for one will be still topping up as and when I have the £.
Cheers FB
Here we have a share price ok that’s at 0.04p and a market cap of £2m
However the latest RNS which I believe Majority of people have misunderstood says a lot about the current position of the company in terms of sales of tantalum and other mineralisation.
1) Back in 2015 and until 2017 WE were producing short term 1-3 tonnes per quarter of tantalum without orange river water above market rates and with high purity 51%
2) WE then moved from producing to exploration and raising Circa £6m plus on plant upgrades and working capital for 1) exploration and 2) key recruitment
3) WE now know the main facts of MSA Group JORC albeit phase 2 is still work in progress BUT results have been EXCEEDED expectations in terms of grades and quantity in line with what was known (With exception of VIRGIN rock that was just drilled) this could open up even more tonnes of material which will add to the overall mineralisation across the mine
4) if u read the last RNS and look at the amount of expenditure we have endured since our last placing RNS dated 27 August 2019 for £400k some 4 months ago AND consider the fact that was for working capital YET we have
A) contracted a third-party Namibian firm, Spes Bona, to manage the water needed for Phase II drilling. To date they have run more than 2 kilometres of piping from bore holes
B) installed several storage tanks, and Commenced Phase ll Drilling Program using a new drilling company, Adamas, a Namibian based drilling company that has more than 24 years' experience and enlisted a third-party Namibian earth moving firm [EBC] with experience working in challenging mountainous terrain
C) procured solar panels to power all water bore holes across the property.
D) installed a bulk diesel system and installed water meters at each bore hole and pumping station in order to monitor water feeds daily
E) paid all staff wages and importantly as stated in latest RNS The Company has the working capital necessary to complete the Phase II Drilling Programme
AND in addition, expects to generate small revenue streams through Kazera Trading as initial shipments are sent to potential end user customers.
So in summary and going by previous RNS and presentations WE ARE in spite of all those revenue costs making profit without requirement for additional working capital.
In my view we are more than likely already producing anywhere between 3-7 tonnes per quarter and already Putting steps in place for full ramp up to 30t per quarter again in my view by 2021.

I had another nibble yesterday just £500 worth yet never showed up on here. Weird
