Trust me mate, I see all the long term holders as pals now. Yeh we are gona have blips or delays but just think where this bad boy is gona be in a year. If u think down sell up. If u think up buy more if u can afford too.

This really reminds me of sound energy when it was about to boom. Also Kennedy ventures.

How did both turn out for long term holders. Total disaster lol but it made a lot of people money plus we actually have competent directors now. Not salesman

To me it’s a very good RNS. Everything on track, arbitration looking really positive. What’s not to like.

That’s what I would be doing. Timing is everything. Directors get there by in, SP moves, Aftan update, we are well over 2.5p. We then get next offtake agreement, another SP rise. We perhaps invest in another company with heavy potential, another sp rise, then there is the license.

It’s all in the updates and reports we have read numerous times. Their strategy is pretty clear.

I for one are here for the journey :)

What I expected, remember folks this was all stuff in past. As you said good we got the $600,000 prepayment with $300,000 payed in December for this news flow.

Aftan was always going to be RNS on its own. Update shortly. Theconclusion of the arbitration process in respect of the sale of the Aftan project will, it is anticipated, provide a near-term pathway to the receipt of final sales proceeds in respect of that asset. Fully expecting that to drop April and no later, in fact it could even be this week. Obviously been some amount of negotiating behind the scenes. Obviously by this statement the arbitration process has gone in our favour otherwise that statement wouldn’t have been made.

Perdevlei - no mention of Department of Mining and Mineral Resources dismissing any sort of third party's appeal as previously done. Still looking very positive on that front too.

Transformational deal just around the corner,

New Tax Year about to begin tomorrow,

This will blow when the time is right, just not today but we are now a volcano. Red hot underneath ready to fire out all kinds of info,

1) Aftan deal £

2) new off take agreements

3) probably new investment ops on back of Aftan £

4) Perdevlei license soon to be granted.

5) Prob a sale of some of that to allow for quick shareholder value plus royalties

6) DIVIDENDS

Same mate re the license. That would have been good however happy to get good news on past performance followed by multiple good news stories moving forward.

Remember how much this moved under the old days of Kennedy Ventures.

Hi All.

Hope everyone has there alarm set for Monday 31st.

Should tell us a lot up to 31 dec anyway.

Buzzing for this year and 2026.

I fully expect the following to occur

1) further off take agreements with Fujax South Africa and maybe others

2) Perdevlei mining licence approval

3) Aftan mine renegotiated. Extension of the payment date? I honestly can’t see us selling to another party. There will be some form of deal struck in order to get £ back for share holders.

4) Agreement with Fujax South Africa to pay upfront costs for the construction of machinery at the site of Perdevlei with a % reduction in overall sales cost.

5)Perdevlei broken up into pieces and some retained with others sold - returning significant £ back to shareholders. Remember we are investment company.

Think that’s the key ones for now.

AGBR - it’s certainly not negative. By no means.

Without Align we prob would have been fked. Richie wanted his return and to move on. We will all do that at sometime and bank our £. (Hopefully)

Seen that on ADVFN. Look on there every day too. We now have the Bull ramping for fun on there. Guy makes me giggle with his tongue in cheek quotes. Love that.

More I think about it the more I think we are both close to the truth on Align and someone else taking a position. Why not Fujax? We are an investment company after all. They might want a piece the now before potential of some form of buy out at later date.

Now let’s think about that with royalties

Align have always been fast as messaging me back when I had something negative to say or questioned things.

I did message while back on twitter (2 months easily) if they were indeed offloading.

Hopefully we are both right “TheBasher”.

What I keep thinking about is Align Research and them looking to get out at 1.5p some time ago. Now we are sitting on the edge of next update at SP of 1.5p and with 2025 being transformational.

Are we about to see Align moving aside for someone else coming in. We are at their 1.5p SP after all.

Maybe am putting 2 plus 2 and getting 15. But part of me thinks they wanted away before for personal reasons. Maybe they have found someone else?

Fujax have the resources after all 🤷‍♂️.

Until I see a RNS any decrease in SP or any increase in SP won’t make a difference.
