Looks like Dennis wanted to negotiate numbers that were never going to happen.

Richard being more reasonable and as someone else posted, half a loaf is better than a full loaf.

This new approach had to be done in my opinion.

Defo digs at both Larry BS Transformational Johnson and Dennis BS Edmonds.

Getting back to what they are rather than thinking they are above there stations.

An investment company is what we are and we also need to understand our position in the market. I believe these guys thought they could negotiate negotiate and negotiate when reality is thats incorrect.

I really hope Richard and the rest of the team deliver the value we all hope they can. Half a loaf is always better than a full loaf especially if that means no more raises and higher SP resulting in greater value to share holders.

Can’t be too difficult based on our assets.

Sooner this license is approved the better, fuk knows why that is taking so long

License will be granted in my honest option within the next 12-16 weeks. Am going to stick my neck out on that. So those investing or accumulating more will make money.

I did buy about £10k worth when it was around the 0.85-0.95 bracket few weeks ago.

We just need a bit of fortune to turn our way and it will come good.

So here is my thoughts for 2026.

As u all know I have been in this for 10 years. Have lost count of the number of times transformational news has been dropped upon us. Have lost count of the number of board changes and broker changes.

I have continued to average down, in fact over past 4 weeks I have bought about another £10k worth to bring my average down.

I was 100% spot on that Dennis would go, given his age that was always gona happen.

This is what I believe will happen over the course of the next 12-18 months MAX.

1) the pattern will follow old Kennedy Ventures share price increase followed by a number of raises then followed by sell offs by Jennings and Directors.

Mark my words AIM is worst of the worst and they will no exactly when to sell and when to buy. If u went back to the old Kennedy ventures days. This went from 1p up to 14p in matter of 6-7 months. Followed by raises followed by sell offs.

2) where do I believe this will go on award of the license. My gut tells me this will go to around 6-7p as minimum, maybe even to where Richard predicted ie 9.7p etc.

3) LTH will make a fortune but only when u no ur sell price. DO NOT get greedy and DO NOT believe in all the future hype ie people thinking it will go even higher. New people will arrive and will push this to go higher but trust me. Sell and make ur money and enjoy ur life.

3) that’s exactly what am going to do. I have reevaluated my sell numbers and will walk when the time is right. I won’t miss this share one bit and won’t look back. I will make a fortune like I have always said I will and so will majority of u on here, as long as u don’t get greedy.

100% this is being manipulated and brought down in order for the big boys again to fill there boots.

It’s totally rinse and repeat pattern last 10 years.

Honestly watch what happens. Next u will see some large buys followed by RNS director deals / mates / Jennings again. Then we will get the update on the License few weeks after all that.

U can walk into a shop, steal £25 out the cash register and go down for years. BUT AIM u can get away with statements that lead u to believe things are on the right track but reality is there is BS at the other end. Perfect example was the challenge to the license that we had no idea had even happened.

Time to switch off and I will come back in a few months, sooner I can get my money out the better.

We will get both and this SP will still be below the 2.5p warrants. Listen I would seriously consider taking my money out at break even right now and investing it in something else if I could.
