For companies to release a statement once a month min, whereby the director keeps shareholders up to speed with developments.

KZG directors of past and present have a habit of sending out messages that seem like news is just round the corner when in reality it’s all marketing BS.

All we ask for is transparency and regular updates it’s no hard Dennis…

Just need to wait and see but there should be immediate resignations from board members if they don’t deliver this year. Like u and the rest of LTH sick and tired of hearing that word spewed out time after time and they fail to deliver.

Been reading everyone’s comments for past month or so. Not been getting involved in the chats but please don’t think am away from this share. Ave not sold a single penny but have added about another £9k worth. Plus few £ in Iron too just to average down.

Surely it’s time for a further update. This is to be the transformational year we have all been told, yeh it’s been said multiple times by lying Larry J but here is hoping Dennis gets the news on this license sooner rather than later.

Am really surprised we haven’t had another RNS on diamond sales and further offtake agreements. Also even an update on Tant mine.

We are defo due news but good thing is all this news should increase the SP. (Hopefully)

Am expecting news on the license very very soon.

They did say this:-

This swift approval marks a significant step forward for the Company as we progress towards obtaining a Mining Right for Perdevlei. Obtaining the EA approval over two months earlier than expected has considerably advanced our timetable. While there is always the potential for delays, receiving Environmental Authorisation early puts us in an even stronger position to secure the mining right early in Q1 2025.

Am now looking at much bigger properties near the beach area ;)

In all honesty I can see a very fast rerate when it comes official via RNS.

To what price, no idea. But I do no that they won’t keep the full area. They will sell parts off 100% and keep royalties on that, but will defo keep other large parts of it.

It will be all about speed, timing and getting into production as quick as possible.

The good news…….. they all ready know what to do and already will have lessons learned that can be adopted.

We were told it would be done and dusted by Q1 ie June. But things got moved forward re environmental pemit etc.

News on the license been out for few weeks so there will be folk loading up for sure.

Am expecting a nice afternoon late rise to around 2.10-2.15 and then next week license news.

But it will give us a specified timeline to bring in the £ and now if they don’t cough up then it’s taking them to bankruptcy or they are giving us assets in return.

If the can’t do either, it gives us the legal op by a timeline to sell to other parties. Parties that we will already be speaking too.

It’s still a very very very good day especially for long term holders

Brilliant RNS. Would have been disaster had we lost that. Proves once again that Dennis and the team know exactly what they are doing when it comes to the legal stuff. Also be interesting to know how long they have to recover the £. Or any other asset should we have to go down that route.

Or does Hebei Xinjian Construction CC just say, we can’t pay this. Bankrupt and we move to sell to another interested party?

It’s obviously the news everyone wanted. Just next steps and timing that will be interesting.
