Do we expect that one RNS saying full payment made from Chinese on Mine? That’s what I think is going to happen.

The tweet that was sent out by Align “ Ref Kazera Global #KZG We are closing in now on our final tranche sale to AMS at 1.5p, taking them upto 29.99% and as announced by the Company back in March. it wouldn’t surprise me that this is done quicker to allow align back in just before announcing the mine has been paid off.

All those in the know again……

I do hope I am right cause then we will have a very decent rise for Xmas time. But if it plays out the way I think, it completely stinks.

I am lucky enough this is a bottom drawer share and my investment strategy has always been to hold tight and stick to what I believed in. The only issue here is the direction of the company.

Telling u this. Dennis Edmond’s will be done in next 24 months and we will have someone else trying to sell the muddy puddle and continue to tell us it’s a golf puddle.

Hope am wrong but there is a continuous pattern developing here.

they are all billy bull****ters. the best one out of all this has to be richard jennings. i still have no idea how one person would manage or would be willing to sell shares at 1.5p when he was hooring the shares at 4-5p minimum.

everyone knows i am heavily vested in this. but to have no news on the sale of the mine for months is nothing short of embarrassing. they continue to deceive and string share holders along.

the silence on that along is started to **** me off.

alright guys. still here. not sold a penny. wish i had to average down. but still holding. i sent them a dm the other day having a moan like fuk due to silence. read. no response. get that now due to rns. basically said the directors need to start delivering. hopefully after todays news things will start motoring.

remember how quick this moved before. still think next 18-24 months will be the tell.

If I could get to 1.5p now I recon that would be me out and just toss my £115k into an account that gives decent interest. It’s prob a safer bet. Knowing my luck though it would go from strength to strength and I’d be wishing I stayed in. That’s the gamble. I think and no word of a lie. If after 10 years that the SP was still around 1p it basically becomes a #copl with just Bla bla bla from Directors trying to milk out a salary. I give Dennis Edmonds another 12 months from now to sort this out.

It’s just pathetic, honestly, can’t believe after 6 years invested in this I am down so far over £50k. Well paper loss but honestly just amazes me that the share price based on suppose future news is where it is. Keep thinking back to transformation news on repeat and wonder if I am fuking stupid or just stupidly patient. On holiday and pished so just ranting but annoys the fuk out me this share. It’s getting 2 years and if we are still hear listening to the same old same old then we need to rampage. :) anyway enough of my rant. Am away to get more pished, that’s what this share does 😂

re ur post, agree with mostly everything here but one thing that is really doing my tits in is the silence. the silence is deafening by the company.

honestly until they sort out communication, and don’t get me started with “transformational” we have been hearing that since larry days and the sp has decreased stupidly.

we are into our 7 month of trading this year and have had one meaningful trading update.

we still have no idea if the chinese are continuing to pay money for the mine.

with the way the sp has gone i recon those payments have stopped for whatever reason and that is the reason for zero communication to date.

it’s all starting to **** me off with lack of communications. i am 7 years invested and it just seems to be all smoke and mirrors.

hopefully i am wrong and i get this right but this is getting ridiculous now.

Has been our ceo for 19 months and in that time our share price has remained static. Getting to the time with interest rates rising that it’s safer investment in the bank than Investing in Silence. Seriously Dennis if your reading this, any chance of a fking update

See tbh with everyone. Starting to get pretty bored with this share. Just seems like jam tomorrow and next day and next.

First it was tantalite, then lithium, then diamonds yet we are saying none of these are the important areas to focus on etc. so are we going after a gold mining company next? Fuk it let’s get into Bitcoin. Seriously I have the exact feeling I have when Neil Harrison took over, then lying Larry came in with all kinds of promises. We now have Dennis Edmonds. Seems to be a Q of those on a string and those CEO being the nots.

People will say, just sell, but see tbh I can’t cause am so under water the now, but am now of the opinion the first change I get to break even I am out for good.

There is so many good people on this board but just think u would get more out the secret service in terms of transparency and accountability than this lot.

Steven hope ur well. we have had many disagreements over the years, but one thing I will agree on is that this share is the most frustrating share I have ever been involved in. Yes jam tomorrow comes to mind every single day. GC/NH/Lying Larry. Now we have Dennis Edwards. All those prior to Dennis Edwards were just BS and just strung shareholders along with false promises and delays after delays. It’s actually mental that I have invested in a company that is so different to what I did back in 2016. Am I hopeful of long term shareholder value? Yes I am but I am certainly not waiting the same length of period I have waited. This needs to turn around in the next 3 years with a proper plan in place and sp that reflects it otherwise am out and am sure others will be. Then we can add Dennis Edwards to the list of BS. Time will tell.

McQueen, maybe they just got caught out? Didn’t realise the implications this time around, we do all take our eyes of things when bigger prize lurking.

One thing is for sure. I’d rather be in KZG now with everything that’s gone on than be in Kennedy Ventures back in 2016. With exception of the SP we have a company that is starting to make money.

McQueen next 6-12 months in my opinion is crucial to where the SP is going in the future. Going to be some ride, either am financially ruined or beers are on me cause there is a chance of me becoming a millionaire based on my share profile. You just never no as Rodney would say……

I also think this is the reason why the sale has happened as quickly as it did, allows the company to bring in cash which will be reinvested straight into operations / plant / machinery etc so that in 6-8 months of that approved mining application we will be mining.

Then ur starting to look At a company generating massive profits per month in excess of $2m - $3m per month
