I have been doing some digging into the mining permit which WHM has applied for ie the prospecting right over adjacent beach, which the company expects to hold similar characteristics to Walviskop and is around 34 times larger. (They applied in July 2022)

So

WHM applied for minining right in July 2021 for Walviskop and we know from RNS on 28 July 2022 that they had been anticipating being granted the right to mine since January of 2022. (Precisely 6 month - 180 days) and links to the timescales here:-

The delay in getting that right to mine was due to a third party appeal.

By my calculations and based on that 180 days or the comments made in RNS 28 July by CEO we should be hearing this month if we get the mining permit which WHM has applied for ie the prospecting right over adjacent beach, which the company expects to hold similar characteristics to Walviskop and is around 34 times larger.

Isn’t it convenient that our share price is suspended until February 2023.

Fully expect when our shares are reinstated following audited accounts and we get the notification of mining permit, it’s going to be mega re rate time,

Would love to hear others opinions on the above, incase I have made an ars of it but I don’t believe I have.

Everyone knows how heavily invested I am in this company. BUT they deliberately pushed that SP down and in my option I have lost all respect for them. I just think it’s totally corrupt behaviour, morally wrong and never sits well with me

Agree. Now we all no why the SP didn’t go up with the sale. It’s been kept low cause the market knew this was happening. Align also knew this was happening. I have lost all respect for this marketing company. Won’t believe a word that comes out their mouth now

Mrcautious it would surprise me if we end up only 5% down today, but what today tells me is the dodgy dealings for KZG hasn’t gone away just because GC has left. Wonder if Align will be making up for their loses in Iron?.

Am I concerned, no, does it **** me off, yesssssss 100% cause I thought we were away from this **** under new managment. Clearly I am wrong.

Merry Christmas to all new and past holders of KZG. Here is hoping next year is a good year. Still can’t believe the SP after previous RNS. It’s very much a numbers game. Next 2 updates on sales ie next 6 months should tell us everything we need to know. Hopefully a re rate and the end of 1p and a SP closer to 3p would be a nice start.

Ps I haven’t bought for about 3 months but I will top up depending on next statement. Balls deep in this so it’s really all or nothing for me. Have my faith in my research but believe me this better not be another situation of new CEO same pish. Next 6 months - 1 year will be very very important to the company.

How are we all.

Am hoping for a Friday RNS and decent update.

Honestly believe the tide has turned and that the next 12-24 months could be phenomenal for the company.

For those that can remember how this SP reacted with positive news (or ramps) by the previous CEO to get placings away back in 2015/2016 under Kennedy Ventures. 1p to 15p in space of 6 months. Not saying that’s going to happen here but I do predict a decent uplift in SP over next 6 months.

Am predicting July 2023 SP at 2.74p just my gut. At that price I won’t be selling fuk all. Am in for the big big bucks

Pottertony am the same. 6 years and counting and accumulating shares. Mostly at the wrong price mind u but have managed to average down significantly. I am still very much confident that this will be the share that makes many of us healthy profits. I am in this for 6 figures and still KZG Twitter won’t follow me hahah. I won’t be selling any of these until I am in decent profit. This is one of those shares that could go on a mega run and I won’t to be there when it happens. Remember it’s a bottom drawer share just now. The next update should be interesting especially the fact that 2022 was to be transformational. For me 2025/2026 will be the year when this is at its peak. That will be 10 years for me in this and I would expect to be in decent profit by then otherwise it’s cut and run .

Islandgirl am still here. Thanks for kind thoughts. Read the board every day and also some good posts on Twitter etc by few on here. I have bought more recently but not as much as I am heavily invested. I still feel that 18-36 months and this will be a share everyone looks back on and wishes we had loaded up at these rates. 2016-2017 Kennedy ventures. SP goes from 1p to 15p based on low grades tantalum / lithium.

2022 KZG has multiple revenue streams and the outlook looks brilliant. SP less than 1p.

It shows u how (can’t say the word) our previous board were by ramping the SP to get multiple placings away. It also shows u how rigged AIM is.

But it also shows u we have much better outlook now than any time before

Very good summary. Indeed u are spot on with this assessment.

Put it this way. For those who are new to this. Back in 2016 when I invested under the name of Kennedy ventures the share price went from 1p up to 15p. Yes there wasn’t the same number of shares BUT this could easily move to 4p or 5p or more. Remember KZG is investment company. The more money we start to make the more they will reinvest into other companies therefore returning more return of investment. When I was invested we were just a mine in Namibia. Now look what we are. Starting to grow. New management, I am quite relaxed by my investment despite me underwater. I haven’t topped up now for few months as needed the money for further surgery to my foot and family holiday etc but I will as my average price is near 1.6p. Anything below that will be top up for me.

Fully expect a 25% rise tomorrow on the back of this conference call. Just the hunch I have and I have been right before.

Am still here and heavily invested. Just don’t post as much as I am in ball deep with this share. I have matured as a shareholder and don’t feel the need to be looking every day, as mentioned mate I am in here for the long term so short term SP makes no difference to me unless it shoots up big time, then I will look to derisk and lock in profits

Morning All. Agree Metalhead25 looks really promising. It also tells me that KZG will still be in existence in few years time. That the directors believe we will be making profits which will then be reinvested.

HMS license must not be far away, also we should be expecting a company update in the next week or two.

Interesting times. I know I’d rather be in this for long term than crypto. So I will continue to wait patiently.

Metalhead that will be me. I have tried not to pay attention to the SP as I am now experienced enough not to worry over SP when I am all in on a long term investment.

Seriously ****ed off with this company but need to stick with it. Won’t be putting any more in and will ride this out. Next 6 months is make or break now as far as I am concerned.

Just wish to fuk I had more money to bring my average down now seeing how the market is reacting with share price. But fuk it I am still sticking to this 100% and will scan the share price in a month / 3 months to see where it is.

Transformational news 2022 remember.

One thing is for certain at the present time Our new CEO is certainly losing share holder money.

It’s going to be really really interesting to see what the share price and where we are sitting at coke 31 December 2022.

In my opinion and for what it’s worth, the company can only get away with this being it’s very last RNS about plant upgrades in Namibia for extraction of Tantalum. It’s been since 2017 that placings and more placings occurred so that the plant could be operational In order to meet the expected tonnage. NOW do remember we are trying to accelerate tonnage so this additional piece of upgrade could be the final piece in the jigsaw so as much as it’s disappointing to read this in the RNS it’s positive for me being a long term holder that this is being resolved and the upgrade should be imminent, especially with no additional placing. BUT there is no way the company can now put out another RNS in future to say that the plant is still not up to scratch.

Re Diamond Sales, again company dealing with that well do I am happy re this.

One thing is for certain the company will grow with everything that’s going on and shareholder profits in my opinion could be pretty substantial, with dividends in the next 2-4 years so this for me as I have always said is bottom drawer share, despite my 6 figure investment.
