Reading both Fortitude post and Tarquinpike post this morning.

Firstly Tarquinpike aye total balls up by management. Previous RNS badly written and this one is the same tbh especially with comments like “assume” written in multiple times

I have been training AIM shares for 10 years now. One thing I have learned and understood is companies get away with murder, I have had oil discovered (desire petroleum) turning into it was only water they found. I have had sound oil (sound energy) that was pie in the sky and hyped up so much by CEO. Cloudbuy where they were going to take over the world and beat Amazon. Even Kennedy ventures (kzg) on many occasions deceived shareholders into believing things were happening to then get hit with share right issues after being told there wouldn’t be. They all have one thing in common. They can say what they like without any penalty. It’s the PIs that are then fuked over.

The one thing that stands out to me though is LJ and as much as I have been very critical of him in the past. I have watched interview after interview or him, read RNS and researched him. He is someone in procurement terms who has integrity and ethical and that comes across in his interviews. Reason I stuck by the company was because of him and listening to his interviews.

What am trying to say is yes we have had a set back, but in AIM investing, we always have set backs. To me the main thing that changes is time. I have plenty of time as my investment strategy was hold and buy more if it dipped at certain points and I had funds to buy more. Those in for 10% gain etc, better buying crypto, the demand on electric vehicles, storage batteries is there for all to see. I certainly won’t be selling on the back of yesterday’s RNS, it’s just another red light on the way to your desired goal. One thing is certain in my opinion. We have world class mine, LJ at the heart of the operation, high class grades, the future is good. Very good. You will still make a profit out of this company but it depends on if you have patience like me.

But I am putting my money where my mouth is and have just added another £3k worth. Align also saying they have added 2m more today. Listen even if news was good the share price would have went down. That’s the madness of AIM. Only panic if ur day trading, for me it’s always been long term investment so I will continue to add.

My money is on a strategic partnership linking KZG with IRON with the same investor.

You have same group of investors, CEO, why would u partner with different investors. It has to be the same investor. Makes total sense in my Funky beats world

Aye guys ur right. I don’t have a receipt showing money in the bank so ur spot on. Will watch my words from now on. All I no is I have spoke to people not connected to KZG and explained the situation and they advised that due diligence to establish where the money came from takes all the time. This happened with KZG case. Once that due diligence has been finalised there is no reason for any hold up.

Apologies if I seem to be implying to any holders something that I fully no that has happened with this company in terms of money is in bank.

That money is 100% in there bank account. It doesn’t take 23 days to have that money transferred after due diligence. I got that confirmed and wrote that on here last week.

Having been invested for nearly 5 years we know they don’t always give us the information when we need it. They are holding that information back to coincide with additional news. Remember they are going to be starting the mine immediately so it would be nice to see an RNS saying they have entered into an agreement to supply materials to the customer.......

I don’t have any issues with current share price when I won’t be selling. It’s just giving me opportunity to continue to top up.

Allows another great chance to buy in at these silly prices. Happy days. always been for me another 2-3 years accumulation and hold. We will be rewarded trust me

So I have been speaking to a few people high up in the banking world. All I can say is that in normal circumstances this money would 99.9% of the time based on timescales for these sort of transactions take 4-8 working days to become settled. The person also advised that if due diligence has been done (which it has in this case based on RNS) everything is fine and zero risk. They are holding back the news to align with something else? Whether it’s a further acquisition or something else. But this is now in play and good to go. Expect news next week. Otherwise KZG are being sneaky about time it takes to update shareholders.

Am still on the belief that this share is bottom of the drawer and will only be cashed in when the numbers for me are life changing. Not giving up my golden ticket this early when I have been in since 2016. Fuk that. 2-3 years and it’s thanks for coming and hopefully at the 10p a share price

MMS playing funny games again. Happy to continue accumulating. Just over 4.6m of these little bad boys now. Another 400,000 to go and 5m will be the round number for me. Give me 10p and I will be off to the hookers ??

Another £1500 top up for me this morning ontop of top up other day. Will continue to accumulate again. Nothing has changed. Except buying in lower :)

Been investing now for 10 years. Have lost so much money panicking on situations like this thinking no news is bad news when In fact everything is still going to plan. What I have learned is on situations like this it’s an opp for mm to continue to drop the price in order to pick up cheap shares before the next set of news hits. I will be topping up again today 100% at this price, if it drops again, I will buy again. Just like I did last year. Stay strong and don’t worry. Everything will come good mate. Remember us PIs are just the interval in the bigger show.

Am going to top up again today

Absolutely buzzing today. 4 years ago at Easter I was being told to sell these shares by my wife in order to satisfy her mum and dad and her uncle who I tipped off but the share price had gone from 12p to about 3p. I said no and it split the fam up. We are now back talking since Xmas but for 3.5 years my kids missed there grand parents coming for Xmas and birthday celebrations. Wasn’t my fault but in all that time I bought and bought and bought when others were telling me to sell. U go with ur instinct in this game. It’s ur money no one else’s. U need to have the balls to stand by ur decisions. I am delighted for the board and those long suffering share holders, some I have got to no personally, some I can’t wait to celebrate with eventually too. But I am buzzing for my family cause today underpins the SP and my investment and one thing is for certain this is only the beginning. Massive rerate now on cards. Who remembers how this flew before????

It’s actually good to listen back to a lot of older interviews cause u can map things out and start to understand timelines as well as what there strategy was.

Always has been about water supply and JORC. Orange river environmental approvals was the game changer.

When all the dots are aligned ie funding, pipeline constructed, further exploration for untapped mineralisation via virgin ground, strategic partners, signed contracts, new acquisitions then this share in 3 years say could be worth quiet easily 5 x it’s share price. Easily.

I have always said this company was my retirement share. I stand by this. It’s taken bit longer that what I expected but I am in no rush to cash in my 6 figure investment right now. The only thing I will honestly be doing is adding at these values.

#IRON is also going to play out very good in the near future so will be investing more into that too.

Cheers Fortitude. Same goes for u. Always like reading ur posts mate. Have kept me from banging my head against a wall thinking have I done the right thing few years ago. Although I was quiet I was still buying. As you know this is my bag, procurement and futures so ur right we both know where this is going. Got to think how many more opportunities LJ has found. Once the funding has been signed money in the bank, more opportunities we don’t even no exist right now will come out adding to the overall value.

I still remember GC interview back in the days where he referred to dividends. There will come a time when that will be a reality for both KZG and IRON.
