Want to no what I think is Gona happen having read the past few important RNS and align research last 3 meaningful tweets on KZG. I think we are going to fund this pipeline ourself. I think that’s why the SP has fallen also. There is signs in the RNS and latest tweets from Align saying things like….

It has to pointed out that these sorts of numbers are planned to be further improved by bringing in a third party to build and operate a separation plant on the HMS side. Whilst all this is happening, the company looks to be making progress on an application for a Prospecting Right over an area which is something like 34 times bigger than the current site.

Honestly I think we are going it alone. Next update will be crucial and should give us all an indication of what they are doing.

Steven I look at larrys departure as something slightly different. It may have been he was always going to go after 5 years. U will agree that kzg has come on leaps and bounds during this time. I have been here since 2016 so I know where we were and how far we have come on. What I would say is perhaps Larry was happy to move on and let new CEO start with very positive news ie funding news. Not saying that’s going to happen as none of us no for sure if it will go through. One thing I do no is we are in much better position now than 5 years ago and I personally believe success is just round the corner. One reason why I hold a 6 figure sum In this company.

Hope so Steven. We have heard how 2021 was going to be a transformation year and just recently we also heard the word revolutionary being spoken about with the company. I fully expect funding news to be finalised by 31 December. Fingers and toes crossed

We believe that Kazera is becoming really special but has a derisory market cap at present due to the delayed investment, negative UK small cap sentiment and warrant digestion. We are in the midst of a big update report on the company and are revisiting our target price for the stock, which had been highly risked. At the current price of 1.4p, we are more than happy to confirm our Conviction Buy stance and believe this presents a very unique and compelling opportunity in the UK small cap mining space.

Got to question when this was actually written considering SP is now 1.06.

Gmed - the signs are there. Someone will want in as low as they can. Then the big news will be unleashed. Remember AIM is all about moving the wealth from those not in the no to those in the no by any means possible.

When u consider the way the company is run now compared to where it was in 2016 when I first invested you have got to laugh at the current share price just now. Back then this moved in a space or 3-6 months from over 1p to 15p on basically full production and a deal. When we get this finance this will fly mark my words. Everything is moving in the right direction.

It all depends on ur strategy after all. If ur a trader. GOODLUCK unless u traded it downwards from 2016 then well done.

Me, always have been long term investor. It’s payed off on my first investment Sound energy, it paid of with SAR, it paid off with PYC, went tits up with Cloudbuy mind u. Hopefully IRON and KZG treat me well and u guys also.

Honestly I can see positive news flow moving forward and gains every month, small and steady will do me.

Remember for those newbies. KZG is an investment company. We will have more acquisitions added to the portfolio.

Everything is coming together now.

What makes me laugh and this is reason I continue to load up is our market cap. £10m. There are so many pish companies sitting on massive market caps on AIM producing sweet f all.

In the not so distant future and as Larry commented before on one of his interviews. People will wish they had jumped on board.

I remember 5 years ago. Kennedy Ventures went from 1.5p to 15p in matter of 3 months.

Those who have been in this for that length of time will remember the numbers that was spoken about, excluding lithium, new identified virgin ground, diamond production.

U don’t have 2 companies wanting to put €11m into the company at SP representing 2.7p if there isn’t going to be a major uplift in SP. ur not doing that for 10% uplift.

I still say that by end of this year we will have the offtake agreement (now signed) and investment in to allow for the orange river pipeline. Which will take up to 1 year. They are obviously taking a 2 stage approach yo mining. Stage 1 using water onsite, stage 2 will come into play once pipeline has been laid.

There is no chance that €11m is being solely used for pipeline. There will be money in that for additional acquisition.

This year will be transformational as LJ mentioned and remember his interview when he said people will eventually wish they had listened and jumped on board.

This is playing out like a dream in my eyes now. Yes it’s been longwinded and it’s been stressful BUT what an opportunity we now have.

Again will reiterate I will continue to add. Won’t be selling a single share. My strategy is long way off and for me this still has a few years left to play out until I sell up at hopefully a massive profit to my investment or 6 figures.

Does this mean that first investor has increased its value or have we now only got the 1 investor?

I would love it if we ended up with both investments and one was for acquisitions and the other for orange river and upgrades etc

RNS dates 3 June says this

o The previously disclosed investor remains interested in providing a package of €9,130,000, which will fund the development of the Tantalite Valley mine ("TVM") and the building of the Orange River pipeline.

o A new opportunity with a second Namibian investor who, following completion of due diligence by both parties, has signed agreed initial terms to subscribe $11 million for 290,576,383 shares in the Company.

Yesterday’s RNS states the following:-

Agree Steven. That’s why for me it’s bottom drawer share. I am in no rush to cash in or lose money now by cashing in. This share was always for me anyway long term investment. Yeh I would have thought we were going to be in better position than what we are in but we are heading towards prob 8pm on the clock face with still to come …. Investment for orange river, investment for further JORC, investment for extraction of materials and investment for acquisition of new company or companies as part of KZG growth.

Investment is the key thing here. If and once that comes this will be a speeding ticket not necessary straight away but hold this share until 2024-2025 like I intent to do and I could become a millionaire. Especially with number of shares I hold.

Another 135352 shares bought just there.
