The previously disclosed investor remains interested in providing a package of €9,130,000, which will fund the development of the Tantalite Valley mine ("TVM") and the building of the Orange River pipeline.

o A new opportunity with a second Namibian investor who, following completion of due diligence by both parties, has signed agreed initial terms to subscribe $11 million for 290,576,383 shares in the Company.

The Company will conclude a transaction with the first of these investors who is able to deliver the funds. The investment will mean that the development of the Tantalum Valley mine is completely funded, including the construction of the Orange River pipeline. It will also accelerate development of the Diamond and Heavy Mineral Sands opportunities.

Good update but slightly ****ed as wanted to have a few more nibbles at these prices.

Daytrade. I will try to answer some of ur questions based on assumptions and not facts

1) how are DJ being paid. Potentially from sales of tantalum via trading arm? Or from the diamond mine production or there has been an agreement whereby it’s on credit terms knowing the big investment is due to come in. I don’t no but it could be one of the following 3?

2) DJ capable of extraction. Will need to read previous RNS to understand their capability

3) I am sure I read previously that we were only taking one forward? Again need to read Prev RNS.

Can anyone else shed light on points raised above as having to get little one ready for school.

What I would also say is I am heavily involved in this in my job and likes of diesel vehicles are being totally phased out by public bodies. Give it 2/3 years and it won’t be happening.

Am continuing to buy. Another £1350 top up.

Again could regret this or it could be game changer in me and my families life.

I know things are painfully slow in terms of news flow Flow but good things come to those who wait. Always done well with this saying and sticking with my gut instinct.

I am going to post a message on here over the coming days advising why I am so heavily invested to the tune of 6 figures. It’s certainly not because I can afford to lose it. It’s because I have faith in the market for these commodities and I know based on the RNS that we have these. It’s just that initial investment we need that will get things going. A bit like needing a battery to make a clock work.

The silence is a complete joke tbh. I am still holding and still buying on payday each month and when I get a coupon up. It could in theory be the worst thing I have ever done not selling back at 1.9. In fact i wish I had and then bought back. **** happens. Am still hopefully that this will come good. I can’t believe how long this is taking but for all those that have concerns (including me by the way) I still believe LJ words that this year would be transformational year for the company. So in my head they really have until 31 December to get this deal over the line and secondly have a strategic partner. My honestly opinion on this is it will happen. We haven’t done everything behind the scenes including recruiting new people, Jorc etc for us not to have this deal signed. I also believe the deal will be agreed as per the previous RNS. Forget about what the current SP is. It’s about the potential. We all know what the potential is and we all hope it will come good.

For those that still have doubts. Do what I have done. Read back RNS, listen to previous interviews and mind map the key points. When u have u will have all building blocks looking very good with exemption of current silence.

Hi GMED I was the same. My average at one point was 12p. Been adding as price went down. Bought loads around 0.4 and 0.6 last year so my average is in the 1p game. It’s prob between 1.5-1:6.

I fully expect our update before end of July ie next 3 days.

Guys there is a lot of anger out there just now in terms of how the SP is performing but may I remind u all nothing has changed from an RNS point of view. We have all invested **** loads of money into this. Some a lot more that others. If it goes well then that person who invested will have done well. If it goes belly up that person will have lost. It will be no ones fault other than the person who put the money in. Well when I say no ones fault no one on this form. The anger will certainly be directed at the board. That is a given.

There is a few guys on here that I really like reading there views on. Let’s keep it to this rather than personal attacks. I have been there with Steven in the past but that was due to me being positive and him being negative at the time. U feel u need to speak up. In reality me or Steven make no difference to how the sp performs. Much bigger games out there that we don’t see.

Let’s keep the views coming and try not to worry. If anything it’s a good opp to top up and average down. That’s my view anyway.

Got to agree Tarquinpike. Been a lot of false dawns, irresponsible and misleading RNS from this company over the years. They seem to know how to capture ones imagination with the one just to keep u stringing along.

I for one have always said I wasn’t in it for the short term. I used to rant and post every day but have now come to the point what is the point. As much as I am loaded up and have continued to buy on low prices I will wait patiently to see the next RNS which in my opinion cannot be more jam tomorrow. One thing may I add is that when u look back over all the RNS like I have and if you mindmap all the key points over the past 4-5 years u can see they are building up to something exciting. Will remind u all rome wasn’t built in a day. Will also say nothing has changed in news front but SP ain’t helping.

I am still saying news July.

It’s over 821 days since LJ RNS that they were in discussions with two companies to fund orange river. 19th March 2019 RNS. Wish to fuk they would get their finger out and agree this finance package or just move on and seek new investment.

Again for long term investors today’s news is good news, well as long as the investment comes to fruition. I added another £3k worth this morning. Am sitting on stupid stupid numbers but I have every confidence the SP will be multiples of today’s price in day 2 years from now. I can wait and in no rush to sell. Have always said patience will be rewarded with profits.

Just out of surgery so still feeling bit groggy. 3rd foot operation in 3 years. 3rd time lucky.

Hope everyone is well. Profit is just around the corner for us suffering PIs. I will continue to add as and when I free up cash. Yes it’s a gamble but in my view and where this market is going it’s a gamble that will be worth taking and will make me all kinds. All in my opinion.

But like u, we have all invested on the basis of the past 5,4,3,2,1 years and some for some investors, months and weeks based on previous RNS and the future of KZG where they do achieve the funding build the pipeline, finish the road, get the mine up and running and then we have a big massive party and get pished. If it all falls to fuk. I think I will get pished every day for rest of my life lol
