I feel the need to reply on RK’s behalf. The answer to your question is transparency which is to be applauded as it gives an open and honest view of RK’s position in Solg vs traders like yourself who trade in and out of this company trying to make a quick buck here and there based on daily movements in the SP. Now personally I know which fellow investor I would trust and it’s definately not the one relying on the share price falling so he can buy in lower and turn a quick profit! Nothing wrong of course in turning a profit but if it’s reliant on a drop in the SP then one has to ask oneself can that persons posts truely be trusted? The resounding answer for me is no as I detect an unpleasant whiff more commonly know as bulls££t

For me the main takeout was around the revised PFS for Alpala which will be based around delivering 850mt over 25 years. Not sure if this has ever been articulated in this way before but this was the clear message from Ingo’s presentation

Just to re-cap Q claimed that the 3rd Qtr MD&A was late and should have been published mid August. RK then responded pointing out that last year it was published mid Sep alongside the Annual Report which is a FACT! Zoros then contacted Fawzi who confirmed that like last year the MD&A would be published at the same time as the Annual Report

Another perfect example of Q believing his own version of events when the overwhelming evidence points to the contrary!

Well said BNC. Seanhunter has been in my low life trash bin for some considerable time! He really isn’t worth wasting your time on. No idea why he continues to post on here (can’t see his posts in anyway) as by the sound of it he’s clearly not invested in Solg so just here to stir the proverbial which is ironic as he’s the sort you might tread on in the park and have to scrape off the bottom of your shoe! Smelly, dirty and nasty just about sums him up

RK - I totally echo the best wishes expressed by others and hope your treatment is going well. I must confess to be a amazed by your fortitude and against this background you find the time, energy and generosity to share your diligently gathered information about this company we are invested in. Hats off to you RK and from a personal perspective I hope you continue to give us the benefit of your considerable experience which adds real value to this board!

My take on the appointment of a new CEO is that Solg have identified the person they want and most likely have made him or her an offer. It’s therefore now down to said person accepting all the T&C’s associated with the offer which has probably led to a bit of horse play as both parties negotiate on the fine print! For me this would explain the statements coming out of Solg regarding the appointment as nothing can be announced until the new CEO signs on the dotted line!

I always thought that e mails could only be recalled if un-read. So assuming you had read Nick’s e mails Shippy then I’m struggling to understand how Solg could recall these e mails from your mailbox? Very odd!

Add - IMO anyone doing their research on Solg ( either Pi's or Institutions) will quickly come to the conclusion that the next major watershed for Solg is the Alpala PFS which isn't due until Oct hence the current low volumes / lack of interest. We all just need to be a bit more patient until the fireworks begin in about 3 months including hopefully the first assays from Rio. Q4 is when the REAL action begins IMHO

Could be DBW? But I was more thinking of investors wanting to jump on the train once the upside potential has been spelled out in the PFS

And then there is “Rio” which out of all the tenements was and still is viewed as the Behemoth of all Solg’s prospects and has the potential given its huge footprint to deliver more than just a single Tier 1 mine. Rio is simply massive and could be a game changer for Solg if the drills replicate the potential shown in the soil and rock chip sampling / aerial surveys. Personally Rio excites me more than any other of Solgs prospects and I can’t wait for those first assay results around October

Just my take on things DBW but IMO no way will the Alpala PFS be average! Everything said by KM (apart from the timelines) has pointed to a PFS which will show Alpala delivering improved economics across a whole range of financial metrics and I believe once this is out in the public domain we will see a clamour from investors to get hold of Solg stock!

IMO it’s all going to kick off in October with the Alpala PFS and the first Assay’s from the initial drilling at Rio. October could be stellar for Solg! In fact it might be BOOOOOOOOOM time! (Sorry everyone couldn’t resist a bit of booming as it’s a while since we had any) But not long to wait now in my opinion. Possibly only 3 months till we light the blue touch paper :)

Don't disagree about a bid more likely later in year and personally I think its more likely to happen post publication of the PFS. My main gripe is about posters who flip flop with the sentiment of their posts based on whether they are in or out! A bit of honest transparency wouldn't go amiss but based on previous form that is clearly asking too much of CD IMO.

Just for a bit of clarity I too am extremely frustrated at the constantly moving timescales and the negative effect this is having on the SP. However I don’t believe it either necessary or prudent to constantly post these views on here as by doing so it becomes pervasive which can’t help anyone invested in Solg so I keep my own counsel and would urge others to do likewise as if there is indeed a predator lurking trying to hoover up shares cheaply then actions have consequences and it won’t end well for the good folk with their hard earned money invested in Solg IMHO

Your tone has subtly changed over the past few days from positive to negative which we’ve all seen before and IMO is a clear indication that you are either out or have sold some of your holding and now trying to get in lower! Unlike RK who is open and honest about his position in Solg you have previous history for a lack of transparency and for me this is a case of deja vu

In approximately 2 months according to this latest RNS which puts it around mid August so assuming the usual slippage I am optimistic that drills will be turning by early Sep which should see the first assays sometime in Oct coinciding with the publication of the Alpala PFS. Strange coincidence or planned? Maybe the stars are aligning for some stellar news across Rio and Alpala in Oct which would propel the SP to a record high? Maybe “Its coming home” in October :)

In last weeks webinar KM clearly stated that a drill rig would be at Rio in 2 months time which is at odds with previously stated timelines but I hope is correct !

Totally agree DBW. With a Bankable Feasibility Study completed and a Conditional Financing Package agreed on Alpala by the end of Q1 22 and the first ore coming out the ground ( probably from Tandy) only 3 years later in 2025 it will IMO result in a long overdue re-rating by or before Q2 next year and 60p options will most likely be seen as a bargain!

DBW - Indeed! In just 12 months publication of the DFS will be totally transformational for Solg and anyone lucky enough to still hold their golden tickets will be handsomely rewarded IMHO

He also said the DFS would follow the PFS EARLY next year! So in summary PFS Oct 21, Updated PFS (including Tandy) Q1 22, followed by the DFS hopefully end of Q1 or certainly sometime in Q2! So by this time next year we should have published an extremely compelling DFS which really will fire the starting gun on takeover / JV bids which will finally see some real true value reflected in the share price!
