Based on what evidence will "Funds according to SNG will not see this year out, certainly
will not last to UNIVERSAL results..."? Synairgen have never stated this. Data from Universal is being recorded on an ongoing basis. There is no treatment arm so it is a growing body of evidence that can be used well before study end -> look at the end points. They are building a picture and an understanding of disease progression and patient journey that any third party would be delighted to know.

Doc83 you are right, I should have said (because I meant): *process* of hiring. We have gone through the process of hiring. That would have been signed off by the BOD and it would have had to have justification for the fairly considerable spend. It's not something any CEO can just go out and do willy-nilly.

Neither Spacman nor Mani seem to be able to explain WHY the company has hired a Medial Affairs Director though? It doesn't sit with either of their predictions, yet it's happened. How to explain it?

It's the hiring of the Medial Affairs Director at a not insubstantial salary that has remove any question of rose-tinted spectacles for me. Such a hire/spend would have necessitated BOD approval at a Steering Committee or similar, no question. It would have had a business case behind it justifying the hire. That's just how things are done.
