RE: Valuation – Polygon’s Original Expectations?17 Apr 2023 14:02
I well aware TGF are familiar with SPACs. The SPAC you quote however was set up, according to it's SEC filing, to "target asset managers focused on investments in high-growth businesses generally, with a potential emphasis on technology and technology-enabled businesses." Like I said below, I can't see them making the decision to include Synairgen into one of their event-driven funds, only to then turn around and shove it into your 'SPAC machine'. That shows they had no investment strategy at the start, and we know that's not rue. And If Synairgen ever needs financing, it can find easier, less leaky, less time-consuming, less complicated and less risky ways to do it than via SPAC. Similarly for US listing. Synairgen don't "need" a SPAC. But I'm sure there are a few SPAC promoters that would "Love" Synairgen -> Fees-centrale. Am I right?
