This is a bit like a minefield and a reply to us....6 Feb 2020 20:30
....should be Satus top priority. Note, I don’t have a Tarquin at my beck and call.
So my effort won’t be anywhere near word perfect.
I would have posted this to the Valirx action group, but copies of some emails, sent to individual members of our group, have been posted on without my knowledge.
I won’t tell to who, but I felt he took delight in telling me.
I am no longer 100% confident of the voting intentions of some.
Moving on, please rest assured both George and I are in regular contact.
Judging from his reaction to some comments posted on social media, I am led to believe both he and some of his staff feel they have been intimidated, threatened and one racially abused.
However I believe it’s up to Valirx management to sort that one out, possibly following some of our recommendations.
Anyway times moving on and there is clearly a trust issue.
I’m betting we won’t receive a response from Satu before Monday…I hope earlier but don’t feel 100% confident.
So I post this note as I genuinely believe, that all sincere shareholders, must now be treated fairly and Satus reply must be substantive and reflect accordingly.
I’m not interested in any response that focuses on how bad it is for them, workload, shared roles and all that.
I ‘m not interested hearing about how hard done by they feel as they can sort that out via the relevant authorities.
Neither am I interested in being reminded what each of them has invested in the past and how much work they have done without pay, as It won’t wash with me, but I’m not speaking for all of you, just me.
I'm interested in the root causes of the share price collapse and how the Valirx BOD intends to sort it out, not me by throwing more money at them, but by them.
It’s their mess not ours, we have just been feeling pain, not them.
Times up now and they can sort it out and lead by example for once and from hereon.
Time to manage, be transparent, reduce outgoings, cut out waste especially if anyone’s constantly on social media and not pulling their weight.
Slice out fat to ensure their core skills, the scientists, are put first and no longer focus our invested capital on supporting an overpaid top heavy management team,(minded the current value of the company and how it got to this current disgraceful state). There are plenty of gifted and talented investors who could help them help themselves, if they invite them in, listen and become more transparent.
So I repeat no hard luck stories as I have enough of my own, no one’s going to listen to mine.
Not reminding shareholders that we are gamblers and our cash doesn’t help them.
So Satu, if you are reading this, when you reply please don’t bother to bore me with dross as life’s hard and a gamble, albeit its made much more comfortable for some.
I'm also not interested in any threat that the company will collapse if they don't get consolidation, and what follows. In that event it’s your fault. Don’t blame us for it or to some extent it might b
