Hope Valirx scientists are involved as it's associated with genetics/virus 1 in 8 etc etc .. .would be nice but have no idea....We must use all resources at our disposal to successfully beat this terrible disease.
1000 scientists 'working together'....that's pretty impressive.

and girls....remember there's strength in numbers , we must make the meeting and show we are united....all I want is for the the BOD to come to the party and share the pain for once.....is that really asking too much?
I would then feel happier in continuing to place my destiny in their hands.

Just got in.
I really appreciate your post. Had to thank you before I've even completed reading it.
I own 1% of the stock and apparently not on the register as it's held in my esipp and trading ISA ....George is being helpful...and contacted me.
I've instructed my brokers to ask for a polled vote. They have no idea what that means. Other serious shareholders are telling me they have done it via their brokers. Anyway I will complete reading your post and then get my head around it.

....I cannot vote proxy for others as I've no idea if any of those apparently pledging their vote are genuinely against the motions.
So let's keep it simple.
So if you are with us...
Ensure you vote your number of shares against the motion. Hopefully you already have done so.
Secondly....turn up on mass and demand the vote based on the total number of individual shares cast ...one way or the other.
When the chair decides to take a vote , if enough of us demand that we want the vote to be based on the number of shares cast against the motions..I've been advised that they have to comply.
I'm guessing George will tell me I'm wrong again, but that's what I am advised.
We have time to get it right so please please those of you that know better advise me via Valju....best wishes.

Incidentally George has just asked me if I know how these meeting are structured as my discussion is missing the point .
Guys, my rusty skills are engineering , management and motivation of others.
I use to call on sound advise, and it was on tap.
This time I'm wallowing......please can someone who actually knows how to ensure the actual number of votes against the motions are given preference when the motion is voted on.....
Please come to the party.
Don't debate it online as it would probably become more confusing

If we don't get an acceptable response tomorrow, why not meet up before the event and introduce each other.
I wont wear a red carnation....but will have a sticker with my name on it.....so you can all kick the hell out of me if we don't get want.

I haven't replied to so many.
I'm certain our Action Group has been seriously infiltrated, so i have no certainty how many are genuinely voting no.
At this point of time the only valirx shareholder, I'm 100% certain will attend on 17th is me!
Don't rely on the handful that made it last year as most have other commitments.
If no one else is prepared to vote no by insisting on a polled vote we will never know how many shares votes were against, and without bums on seats we will be defeated.....that's a certainty.
I repeat, please don't rely on anyone else to fight on the day.
If it ends up as just me fighting our cause.......I am 100% certain the gravy train will continue to thrive, and based on the last 12 months, together with previous performance we will all, soon be, wiped out.
So I implore you all, who wish to hold the Valirx board to account to resist.
I implore you to actually attend and make sure they are aware your coming.
We need at least 10 objectors to attend the meeting with me to insist the vote is based on shares polled as against a show of hands
It is a different venue to last year and George has told me its easy to find....so that's good news.
I have no idea how much space is set aside for us. If they know numbers they can ensure we are all accommodated.
If any of you are well known to Valju and plan to attend let him know and I will post confidently how we stand.
So, if tomorrows news is not what you want to hear, stand up and make your vote count.

I will keep to the facts....copies of several of my DCC emails have been sent onto me..They arrived at a certain email address and the KIND person in receipt, sent copies into me.
That's how I know.

If enough genuine investors are asking for a NO poll vote.. .Valirx will be getting the message as I type....if not the case...well at least I've tried and accept what date lies ahead of us.

When Bill enquired their individual mode of ttansport, several JAG board Directors reminded him that the company risk management policy did not allow them to fly together, as the plane could crash and wipe them out
(I have it on good authority that some enjoyed Concorde).
Bill replied...please don't worry, we have plenty of Ford Executives who can slot straight into any of your jobs...so please book the Ford flight.....together no exceptions.
That flight was grim, but they guys in the blue overalls appreciated the sentiment.

I'm sure there is plenty of scientific tallent within Valirx...that's their core skill.
Moving on....No company has any future without good business leadership. We all have our views on that subject and as, as my old CEO told me, no one is indespensible....if they are the companies risk management plan is comprised.
