Surely isn't this all about attracting our intention and I've been supported by many decent shareholders.

I thought, following trashing as a result of Valirx incompetence, it was to make the price look a bit better....not to pay off the big boys...surely they have already had enough at our expense.
In the meantime I urge all share holders to continue to shake the tree and vote NO.....as the truth will out, it always does!!!

I'm sure that Valirx wouldn't insult our intelligence as that would be a classic example of planning an action, in complete contempt of us small guys.
Surely anyone contemplating that must realize it would set the clock off.
No we must expect any vultures hovering behind the scenes to be diluted too.
We all share the pain.....the pain which we didn't create.
If that was anyone's intention, god forbid. they must now realize their numbers up and they would be the cause of their own downfall....I was going to partly focus on that one later, but clearly, if members of the BOD wish to maintain our trust they would be foolhardy to unlock Pandora's box....
as, if my memory serves me correctly, once opened it cannot be closed...

.....and read a friendly email from Satu inviting me to phone her.
She is a nice lady and I intend to reply very shortly politely turning down her kind offer but in the interests of teamwork, openness and transparency, by copy of this post I invite any sincere shareholders to return her call and post their feedback.
Also In the spirit of teamwork as I do not wish Valirx to fail, (I have too much at stake)......if there is a genuine, reply which fairly addresses all small shareholders needs and concerns, without dilution and favouritism to vultures sitting on the sidelines, we should fairly consider it........in summary 'Share the pain to come'
No more from me until we consider whats on offer but please don't take that as a sign of weakness....the clocks now stopped for the time being or hopefully for good.
Please don't share your reply George as I suspect it wont be worth the paper its written on.

Noticed infighting . ...please don't as I will reveal all @ 2.15 unless the BOD come to the party.
No innuendos as they are missing my subliminal messages.
My post will be a revelation.
I've not traded for weeks.
I've been listening, communicating, scratching for facts.
I intend revealing all at 2.15, that is if we don't recieve a fair response...the games up.
I will remind you that I do not have any assets stashed away in my partner's name.
I no longer own property thanks to the antics of the Banks, small bio's and Woodford....
But as I have been reminded online, by someone I thouht I could trust ...I'm ill and a loser.....well if I'm going to lose...... I won't lose anything compared to three BOD positions. Trust me, the market appears to unhappy with anything, that doesn't spike for a few hours, that comes out of Valirx.
The clocks ticking....please do the honourable thing as Im not a vindictive man but just want to be treated fairly.
Hopefully I've set the scene for what's to come.

Yes, there are honourable people around who are open, transparent and assist their shareholders, not plan to wipe the little guy out, after accusing him/her as being just a gambler.
Anyway, I'm off to a meeting now, where members of our group will review amongst other matter what we have raised for charitable causes...and unfortunately our future.
So if I'm a little late with my promised post I apologize now.
In fact I may hold it back to 2.15 to allow more time for the VAL BOD to reconsider their position.
They may even have time to consider what other BOD's are able to do.
So thanks again Chelsea for your invaluable contribution.

Mind you our BOD may just be incompetent....either way they have time to come to the party before 50/50 is revisited.

...forgot to add, personally speaking, I'm now expecting a 50/50 share to be offered collectively by the BOD as a token to restore our trust.....and that if the market.

They know the real implications of what they are planning to inflict on us. We have worked it out and it should be shared as we will not be steam rollered into submission and then wiped out.
We are honourable.
We will not be nasty.
We are good people.
Worked hard for our savings.
Come on BOD come to the party you are preparing for us.
Be open and let us know what's really in store.
All we ask is that each of you man up and share the pain now....not after dilution when the dice is loaded, yet again against us.
