We note the tone of the posts are becoming increasingly unfriendly...9 Feb 2020 20:41
...and that's not what we wish to happen.
Despite this aweful situation and to stop it in its tracks, following council with various sensible genuine investors, we are now minded as follows.
Clearly one or two on the BOD are feeling vulnerable. ..of that we are certain.
So, as an expression of good will, we believe it a decent gesture to back off the pressure and give the BOD more time to reconsider their position.
That is of course if all back off, no more nastiness and allow those undecided investors time to make their decision to vote for or against.
We offer this gesture on the strict understanding that there will be no more political antics by those, whom by the way, we are aware of....play fair with us.
So it's back to the BOD to reconsider their intransigent position and come to the party.....that means considering brushing the dust off their wallets, cutting back on the expenses, considering a pay cut or shares in lieu of salary...a show of team work aimed at restoring investor confidence.
We cannot be fairer than that....now lets please all pull together and share the pain to come.
Sincerely.
Fred
