We have a flood, but no paddle.

We have played fairly, our group even entertained George and several others who were sending copies of 'one to one' correspondence to Him.
We have been playing fair...that's why we never quoted our pledged votes as so many were clearly contaminating our records....sending emails prompting me to reply, apparently sincerely but in hindsight clearly for what reasons, which I'll never know ....If other BOD members apply the same tactics.....what value would there be to their meetings....to their words.
What would they really stand for.....I play fairly.....and will continue to do so....as I said I am honest.....100%.
Please don't continue to mention me....I'm trying to keep in the background as promised, and determined not to rise to the bait.

My gloves are slipping off no I must bite my tongue...but I'm finding it hard to hold back my frustration with some of the members of our group. So might as well start easing it now.
How can I moderate when there is so many cuckoos in our group, pledging their support.
I was even surprised to see George had joined it.
That's one down and quite a few to go....so do you really believe I am able to moderate....dream on?

So I will do as you recommended BB...I'm a democrat and intend to continue that way.
We were promised the vote will be based on number of shares polled eitherway....if that is honoured we must accept the outcome.
If we lose but over 10% vote no we can commence the next battle.
All we ever wanted was to be treated with respect.....and haven't received any...just complete contempt ..

.....it is building up...I cannot help it as I'm an honest guy and I cannot abide dishonesty....on any of a scale of 1 to 10
If I get prodded I will be tempted to start....that's not a threat it's a promise..
Now remember that this will come from me...none of the other shareholders, and I will stand up and be counted...
Otherwise ..leave me alone, don't prod me and, as promised, I will drop back behind the curtain.

If not the war, will continue and we /will feedback details of the errors of their ways...one by one ...bit like the painful few years/months we have all been subjected to.
Hopefully any future battles will be unnecessary.

The votes are coming in and hopefully all now realize how much contempt the BOD has for its small shareholders.
As for change.....its better to have tried and failed than to never have tried at all

Hi SL100....you are 100% correct.
Guess having been subjected to them, I want someone who is happy to dish out insults, and recognises exactly what my messages contain, understand he is not the only one that can play at that game.
I will now be as straight as a gun barrel.
No fog as no one likes fog particularly when the one creating it is pretty well considered untrustworthy.
Why should I allow him to drag me down further. He is paid to deliver value added and to date I see the complete opposite.
We are all so I happy and the BOD living the life of Riley.....it's just not fair.

No one wants change for the hell of it or destructive.
All we are asking for has been circulated.
All I'm asking for is honesty, decency and respect for shareholders
For now.....let's call it transparency as all we appear to recieve is a fog....and that fog has been very damaging over and over again....no more...let's have some decent directors . No more insults or worse....no more mind games ....some people will never change. ...so why not stand down and allow decent directors in.

...I don't want to do anything that would jeopardize the future of Valirx....the BOD appear to have done their utmost to achieve that themselves.
All I'm asking for is transparency and share holders treated with respect and decency.

Apparently, in the absence of anything of any substance from the BOD, they are not interested in us, we don't count, that's what I am unhappy with and when one of them upsets me, someone I confided in tries to use it against me, in a cowardly fashion, hiding between an alias and admits to hiding behind alias's....that's unfair...not becoming of a Board director.
That's what I am livid about....amongst other things.
Time to treat shareholders with dignity not gamblers, etc..

and in the process trying to keep my partner happy...

As far as I'm concerned and following the consensus, we want George to stand down.
As for his wife Satu, she is clearly a brilliant scientist but must be under extreme pressure trying to successfully handle two roles..
You never know she may be relieved to return to the Laboratory?
I believe I have grounds...but obviously George will have the right to contest.
Unless I receive anything that can essure Valirx has funds to continue for a while and the BOD step up to the mark, we all know our destiny.....but possibly George and any accomplices may not be so sure of theirs.
The bit is now between my teeth but I cannot proceed alone.
I will table the grounds and happy to add any others I'm not aware of,as someone needs to lead the charge.
As I said, In the absence of anyone better suited, I will volunteer.
So, on the basis that no one is indispensable, as we never know when the good lord will call us, we need a plan to prop up the BOD should we be successful.

Honestly my hand is in the send button and they will not wish to receive my message. Has anyone recieved a sensible reply to any of our concerns, suspicions or recommendations. If not I will blow the lid albeit it's already straining under the pressure of the warrant matter.
How can we be treated so shabbily....times almost up I've just about had enough...

If we have time, could one of you draft a 4th motion to remove one or two BOD members and replace them with trustworthy alternatives......I will table whatever the favored option, minded that we need to replace with a decent trustworthy alternative/s......fully transparent and with investors interests taken fully into account.
I end by stating that if a spike is generated in the meantime, I will take delight in jumping ship and writing off my losses

I was under the impression that poor souls at stage 3/4 appreciate palliative treatment if its more merciful that aggressive end stage chemo.
Isn't the Hippocratic oath all about relief of suffering rather than maintaining the life of a terminally ill person who is in agony.
