Thank you all so much10 Feb 2020 17:55
I have completed counting up pledged votes and I am,
allowing for the cuckoos
99.9999% we have the 10% necessary to call an EGM.....
understood to be at the expense of Valirx, but George, please correct me if I'm wrong....a straight forward yes or no?.
That is if VAL they really wish one go proceed and wash dirty linen in public.
So its now time....
As far as I'm concerned and following the consensus, we want George to stand down.
As for his wife Satu, she is clearly a brilliant scientist but must be under extreme pressure trying to successfully handle two roles..
You never know she may be relieved to return to the Laboratory?
I believe I have grounds...but obviously George will have the right to contest.
Unless I receive anything that can essure Valirx has funds to continue for a while and the BOD step up to the mark, we all know our destiny.....but possibly George and any accomplices may not be so sure of theirs.
The bit is now between my teeth but I cannot proceed alone.
I will table the grounds and happy to add any others I'm not aware of,as someone needs to lead the charge.
As I said, In the absence of anyone better suited, I will volunteer.
So, on the basis that no one is indispensable, as we never know when the good lord will call us, we need a plan to prop up the BOD should we be successful.
I'm sure we must have the necessary expertise within our ranks .I
In the meantime, over the next few hours I hope George will reflect on the error of his ways and stand down.
Its his call.
No more bravado, its time for us to to put up or shut up.
I will share my grounds, and acid test, with a few trusted people and together compile our case.
Yours sincerely.
Fred
