That we are in full agreement on that one Roses....but not before the sp recovers and some level of market confidence returning....As far as I'm concerned that means three bod members placed in a position where they can do no more harm.
Chair/CEO...actions controlled and the
COO...out through the door.
Then we may have some credibility restored....along with the SP then dilution....in that order.

....the both of them appear to be taking delight in dragging Valirx down and all of us all in the process. The sooner they are placed in a position where they cannot do any more harm to us the better.
As far as I'm concerned ....it's George out. No golden handshake no deal but out through the door. If then Satu really wants to bring her work to fruition...as measured by the share price... without 1/125 dilution @ this disgraceful sp...she must be made accountable to someone of integrity....someone trusted by both the market and the shareholders... Enough's enough....before it's too late for us all.

I"m increasingly finding the arrogance of George and now Satu becoming more and more distressing.
I've kept purposely quiet, allowing them time to get their act together following Mondays fiasco....(they cannot use the attack on a girl as an excuse for neither of them attending Monday or making a telephone call to explain what was delaying both of them).
What do we get excuse after excuse month after month, more recently contempt for our group and now shouting from the roof tops how brilliant they are. The facts are they have failed us all....the share price is a disgrace....they have misled us and now acting as if they are the injured party. Unbelievable.
My frustration overfloweth.

....may be....it would be a pleasant surprise if it was reflected in the share price...a key measure of business confidence....

Flipsome...if you genuinely have shares and wanted action you were invited to join the group via Valju. You could have attended the meeting and heard yourself but you chose not to. I suggest, in hindsight you may now regret having been too lazy to get off your backside and do something for yourself.
I'm out now enjoying the company of my grandkids.

...please remember that any share holder could have attended. As it turned out only 5 turned up.
The reason for the meeting was to read out the votes....the result has been announced.
There is nothing else to add. The BOD listened to the concerns of the action group....those within the group are aware of its contents.
It's up to the BOD to reconsider their future strategy and my advice is to allow them breathing space to do so.
Remember none of us wish the company to fail.

....there will be no need for a liquidator.
If there is now a genuine effort within Valirx to ensure the necessary actions essential to restore investor confidence are put into effect as a matter of urgency...then hopefully this cloud may have a silver lining.
In the meantime, I'm giving them breathing space.

Come on guys ...the've got our message and reacted positively.
Let's back off and give them a chance to reconsider to hopefully put their house in order.
Judging on one or two of the comments on this site, same goes for us.

I’ve been chatting with Satu who was sorry to have missed this mornings meeting. I am pleased that she did as she went to the assistance of a woman who had been stabbed in the stomach. She tied the wound and called an ambulance. Satu saved a life and has 100% respect from me. Please don't challenge any of the above as I am certain of the facts. Well done Satu and God bless you.

I was only talking about my jig saw...

...what a terrible three years so many have had to endure, including yours truly...
Picasso fraud, FBI, Beaufort, PWC, Bracknor, Pierre Vannineuse, Alpha Blue Ocean, Spiral of death deals.... blimey the list appears endless, along with the number of small shareholders.
1.5bn shares plus if any, live warrants, but I guess cannot currently be triggered.
Hardly any shareholders with over 3% shares.....so many tiddlers.
Then who owns what IP's.
What other companies have outstanding bills to be paid or hopefully owe money to Valirx.
Anyway I'm sure all will come out in the wash...as we all wish Valirx to succeed and deliver for cancer patients, long suffering Investors and future wages bills
Let's hope any confusion is sorted and explained and tomorrow brings on the begining of a breath of fresh air.
I'm pleased to have been reminded that George has experience in identifying value from poor performing company spread sheets, as he may have been able to sort this mess out so that we can all enjoy a successful, respected and trusted Valirx BOD.
Then we can all look forward to enjoying the pain of the next placing and no longer need 125/1 consolidation.

We are peaceful, honest and respectful.
We have strength United...please don't blow it, anyone who cannot control your anger.
We are all past that...and demand to be heard ...our list says it all and the response we received said nothing.
So please calm down.
I said I would share, with you, something I've been up to....
I've been working on a complex jigsaw.
Have found it frustrating until it neared completion and then satisfying... Only trouble was that I was missing the final piece...it was given to me by a friend and after chatting with him, venting my frustration, he went away, found the missing piece and now ...to both our relief it's complete.
It's a work of art and I don't know whether to frame and hang it up for all to see, or break it up and hand it on for someone else to enjoy.
Guess when this is all over and I return home I'll decide.
I cannot thank the kind friend who went out of his way to provide the missing piece!
