Well done spotting that Valju....how many aliases do they have....I know at least two....one renown for disgusting language deteriorating throughout the night, albeit improved since his card has been marked. Who infiltrated our group....showed me copies of several one to one emails....guess who they may be?
They made it so sinister that I couldn't share the total pledged shares as I didn't know how many cuckoo's were nesting with us.
As a result I had to stop replying to many honest shareholders fearing they were planted by George Morris.
They are a total disgrace, there's no other way to describe them.
On top of that playing mind games with me knowing full well what I am going through. Every opportunity every route....and they can get their lawyers onto me if they want to as I've had enough of them. Do your worst George or step down.
I've had enough of your stupid games...and Satu don't blame the denial of drugs to patients as a result of my activities ....why not look in you coffers...and see where the cash has really gone.....

RHD1....What the hell are you on about....the only people that have quoted that report to me were GM/Satu....what planet are you on....look at the current share price....work out the value of the company and then quote the % taken out by two greedy individuals...
Who's fault is it for the current sp collapse....us gamblers or those highly qualified, one in particular, apparent idiot.....or could they be clever buggers that have been found out. No one can support them...No one.
I've tried to be fair, supported them until I realized what they are really like.... SL100..I'm not one to mince my words so let me put it this way.
I suggest Valirx are not only developing drug lines, along with their peers, and in the process presenting shareholders significant risk but the BOD appear to be allowing two mavericks, in particular, to make statements which are not only misleading but apparently down right lies.
On top of that they ignore FT Kate Burgess advice and enter into a spiral of death deal....with Pierre Vannineuse....
Just look at the damage these clowns have inflicted on the share price ...and have the audacity to call investors gamblers. I'm happy to play the tables in Las Vegas, albeit the odds are stacked against me .. but at least the house doesn't play with loaded dice.
It's all too chummy and I'm sure all will come out in the wash.
In the meantime if one is shown the door and the other pleads mea culpa, some level of trust may well be restored.
I will tell you now. If they don't and Valirx go down I will spend every minute available to me to ensure the authorities make them atone for their sins.

That'll do for starters.. reduce outgoings, whilst focussing on drug development,a bit of good news for once ..no more smoke and mirrors ...a reorganization to present us a more honourable and open BOD, share the pain etc....then possibly shareholders may start to think about providing more headroom.
Until then it continues a one way process... Absolutely disgraceful....

The rules are that the board now have to organise a meeting. If they haven’t declared a date for it within 21 days of the notice (with the meeting to be held within 28 days), then the shareholders can organise the meeting and charge it to the company (although in that case the cost is then liable directly to the directors who failed to respond rather than from the company coffers).

The shareholders can organise the meeting for any time in the following three months at which time the right expires.

Yes it is very hard to carry on when you lose loved ones. Like you it is my Son's and their families that keep me going
one day at a time, it is good that your daughter and grandchildren have you to be there for them.
Both me and my wife were hoping for a cure for cancer and even though the odds was against my wife she was brave to the
end and life will never be the same again without her . It is this reason that makes me very mad when you have directors of Valirx
that don't seem to care about all the people suffering from cancer all they want is their big wages each month. It is good that your group
are helping people stand up to Valirx when you all have got a lot going on in your own lives .

My sincere apologies for not replying to so many emails from you..my only excuse is that I have some family issues to concentrate on for a few more days.
All I will say is that I genuinely believe there are many working within and alongside Valirx who are probably as disappointed as us. I'm also pretty confident Valjus current efforts are maintaining the pressure.
I don't believe the company will fold as I have faith in human nature....but we will see in the fullness of time.
My next post will summarize why so many have invested in Valirx...not gamblers...but genuinely hoping for a breakthrough in the treatment of nasty diseases and the consequences for so many.

Just got back home....what a journey.
My compliments to Valju who treated me to drinks and a really nice meal.
Our meeting was well worth while and hopefully value added....We both along with the rest of you (less the cuckoo's) hope for Valirx BOD to do the decent thing and respond positively to our reasonable requests. Looking forward to next week.

Ib60.....spot on my friend. Just bringing you up to speed, I'm meeting Valju in a couple of hours time. We are putting together a significant amount of data, as clearly the BOD are not taking us seriously...and agreed, not all the BOD appear road blocks to investor interests, only a couple who appear to have detailed themselves through ego trips and selfishness... hopefully long overdue change next week or confirmation they have already dealt us the death blow .. hopefully the former.. .but we will surely find out soon . Do you agree that there was no reason why either George or Satu couldn't have turned up or at least provided an explanation at the time.
