You'd expect so....clocks still ticking. They know what they need to do in order to restore some degree of trust....perhaps the reciprient of a bitter pill needs a tad more encouragement to swallow same.

Interestingly enough....as Valirx bioinnovation hold most, if not all the IP's and if Valirx went tits up then as 100% sole owners of Valirx bioinnovation....who would be able to acquire these IP's and at what cost?
I thought IP's would rise in value as the technology gets proven out .. but, if my memory serves me correctly, the original book value of over £5m is now discounted to around £1m.....or below.
So in the unlikely event of Valirx going bust who will ensure the real value of the IP's is realised..the four directors of Valirx Bioinnovation are Val BOD directors of which two are George and Satu.
I'm sure there's nothing to worry about and everything is above Board....but guess it remains "trust but verify"

No....not paranoid....more like trust but verify....
From a personal perspective I don't trust anyone from Valirx an inch until I find out who was actually responsible for the 'SPIRAL OF DEATH DEAL.'
Then they can explain why they ignored the advice from the Market gurus who clearly advised the risk, track record and likely consequences of dealing with this lender.

I've followed the two directors who resigned on ADVFN. ..haven't go time to research further .....so over to anyone interested...

It's all to do with Trust.... Valirx are aware of shareholder concerns, rumours and recommendations...............
The ball is fairly and squarely in their court....no more smoke and mirrors but a clear response...and if no nasty skeletons in the cupboard and their act cleaned up....I'm guessing, shareholder trust may be renewed and the gate unlocked.
No more gravy train until then...but a much diluted gravy train is essential.
Not asking much ....
I won't reply as do not wish to get into prolonged dialogue....

My last post for a while.
We want a satisfactory reply to our original list of criticisms, recommendations and dispelling or owning up to the rumours (Val also taking action against the malicious ones)....this list was consolidated from many similarly minded investors....nothing new...but need to get it out in the open and satisfactorily resolved......So a satisfactory reply is first on our list...end of

SL100....We have placed emphasis on all three. Please read our communication...the one which was replied to from Val....we don't know who but pretty well completely ignored us. That reply was insulting.....All I've stated this evening is that someone or two or three....don't know how many....have run the company into the ground....Now I'm a total advocate of TQM...It has two fronts.
Hearts and minds. ....I'll give Val 0/10 for that.
Lastly respect for data....I'll give Val 0/10 for that too.
When it comes to the science I bow my head to the brilliant scientists.
When it come to business the key measure is shareholder value.
If that's insulting.....may I suggest you are too thin skinned.
I don't intend continuing with this discussion as I find anyone defending the BOD insulting my intelligence.
