Morris needs to announce he's stepping down before the 25th March meeting in my opinion.(Not in several years on the proviso that they progress the drugs).
It'll be the only way that the company can demonstrate that they are committed to trying to turn this situation around.
They will also need to demonstrate how they intend to keep the lights on, after any immediate fund raise (If the proposition is agreed).
In the current situation, even if they double the capital funding, it will only last a few months, How are they going to address that.

Nicely put Borgie....but don't hold your breath as George will probably have thrown his teddy out once again...and take it out on his nemesis....shareholders...short and long term.. but not very very even premature shareholders as they are his mates.

As we've stated many times before...we wish Valirx to succeed...but it's increasingly looking like Valirx intention all along is to wipe existing shareholders out...either intentionally by damaging the integrity of the company....IMPACT OF THE SPIRAL OF DEATH DEAL...along with other continued dodgy placings.
There is zero trust... and no integrity...no one's prepared to give an inch....not one inch....it's absolutely disgraceful.. and who loses...SHAREHOLDERS

Agreed SF...That's all they need to do.. "openness and transparency"...surely at least one or two if them are capable of understanding that one...
Rather than allow the rumour mill to churn on ...as if they are in such a financially exposed position why an earth invest in new computers... that's a rumour by the way.. and I would be pleased if they could dispell that one...along with a few others.
Of course...if they did go bust.. I guess they'd pick them up second hand for a song. start up again having wiped us out....the smell gets worse as each day goes by.

What a travesty.....Continue to hold a gun to our head....but not prepared to give an ounce.....surely they must be ignoring the most important business ethics.....honesty, openness, respect, etc etc

The issue current shareholders will face is a decision which will either let the company continue, with their personal share holding being diluted so badly that their original investment is all but worthless or vote no and end it, with the return being almost the same.  After many years of shareholders supporting the company and its BOD, there now needs to be a clear action plan presented, which demonstrates how the company will reward the long term shareholders, not the current share traders.  People bought in on the information which the BOD announced via Rns's.  The BOD needs to be changed to build trust, which has been lost over years of exaggeration and misinformation.
They can be kept on as advisors, but should not be allowed to continue to waste shareholders money, through ineptitude.
We as shareholders cannot continue to handsomely reward failure.  Its time for the company to start paying something back.

Perhaps they have been limited by the IT at their disposal.. as GM is always on his mobile perhaps that's all the've got to handle the information...anyway too late now to upgrade as they clearly have to be frugal with expenditure.

Methinks you're spot on Valju....no adequate reply to our original list of concerns, rumours and recommendations.. only more rumours... .and not even worth asking if true or not....because we pretty well know the answers.
I wouldn't want to be in their shoes come two weeks from now....without exceptionally good news....that is.
Just hope we fill the room to overflowing as it was a bit lonely last time, albeit the company of shareholders was excellent, so much genuine interest...and no answers...........how can George sleep at night....

You'd have expected so wouldn't you Dracky....but as keep to the facts has intimated ...safe and well tolerated would be well tolerated....well not by frustrated shareholders.
Surely we are due a superb update within the next few days as if not no one in their right mind would ask for the door to be opened for yet more beer money....unless,bod course, it's a trap door .. that is???!

I'm also guessing that if it's that good, they will try their utmost to update us before we meet in two weeks time as they should realise the only remaining credibility they could have to try to salvage themselves would be an excellent report from Dr Linch....ps ..I had to smile when I incorrectly posted Dr Lunch....as there's no such thing as a free Lunch.. . Linch!!!!!

Guess we ought to ask George or Satu about timing.... Hopefully our funding constraints has accelerated it's preparation as it must surely be at the top of the exspenditure priority list.
As I doubt I'll get a response, can anyone else closer to them make an enquiry????

Agreed Scooby....I just despair that George and Satu can remain so selfish....I look forward to defeating them once again....and during the run up hopefully they will get the message that they are finished....just hope that a deliverable recovery plan is/has been presented to them and that they do the honourable thing and share with us well before the 25th.
If they don't....I'm guessing they will be in serious trouble....just my opinion.

Hi Dracky....I'm not that good with warrants and all the techy stuff associated with previous dodgy deals but I'm advised that we shouldn't forget the Bracknore warrants that will probably be exercisable after consolidation 125/1 so any rise would be short lived as we get shafted once again...In all I wouldn't trust George as far as I could trust him.
