If you bother to look back at my posts I made it clear it was just as effective to post on this site...if however you would like us to reform...I think would be a waste as all original members are posting on this site and wouldn't see any reason for duplication via email to me....unless, like some, they feel they cannot share publicly but prefer to advise me knowing that I won't destroy their confidence....you see it's all down to trust...something so lacking these days...

Hi SL100....You must be aware that the shareholders action group is no longer....it never really took off as infiltration by cuckoo's made it impossible to cross fertilize ideas... particularly as George gave me a running commentary on what was being posted. So, you must appreciate that shareholder anger is real...it's not organized. It's not like pupils under the control of the teacher....I've just been picking up information from emails/tipsters/original group members....I'm fully aware what I'm able to post and it's up to others to do their own thing....what I will continue to do is to provide consensus views....but alas Valirx prefer to ignore...rather than come to the party and discuss....I've already wasted a day in London along with disruption either side of that day. So be under no illusion....what your reading is real, from individuals many of who are firing from the hip. If it's not nice reading for some....please please don't blame me......as it would be akin to blaming the librarian for lending out a lousy novel.

I don't destroy a confidence....but if Valirx is forced into administration I'm sure all insider information will become outsider information.......the truth will always out....I may be considered naive but do not tell lies....If anyone wants to sue me or send the boys in blue round I've got nothing to hide and will stand up and be counted.

Hi Obelix...I cannot name names as it wouldn't be right to do so ....what I will say is that there is enough on record to confirm that George has disregarded every opportunity given to him attempting to salvage the disaster he's orchestrated... consistently...at every stage.....it's so bad that no one trusts him....the pharma community, investors...funding community....and it's all on record......he is despised...and as soon as Valirx is rid of him and he is replaced with a respectable director.....the better...now I cannot be anymore brutal...clear off George and allow Valirx a chance to recover some respect and dignity....if nothing else...for those who are genuine and rely on Valirx for their livelihoods.

Your not alone Obelix....I've heard similar from others....They have no interest in doing anything in the interests of shareholders..... just keep people hanging on the end of a piece of string....or once, having made contact either insult or ignore third parties...insults via emails or walking away from prearranged conference calls.....total disregard including ignoring the action group.......complete amateurs......only interested in pursuing selfish initiatives .....egoists.....and we've been feeding them caviar and champagne for too long.... enough's enough..

In answer to your question....I'm an investor in a company which should be focussed on developing cancer busting drugs.....to a stage which looks promising to large pharma's to develop further.
I didn't believe it was focussed on maintaining/increasing the standard of life style for a greedy couple who clearly, as yet, haven't produced anything of interest to the big players.
I am also interested in alleviating suffering for late stage cancer victims...where I see a great future for Val401...the only drug showing potential todate.
So I support furthering val401 and ridding Val of greedy non performers.

Please rest assured that I don't wish to bully or offend anyone.
But surely you cannot defend a man who was the architect of both the Spiral of Death Deal and several catastrophic fund raises.
A man who tried to blame their solicitor for the worst possible deal one could have imagined....and even warned against.
A man who dragged investors in with tempting/fabricated comments like discussions with 6 interested parties.
A man who clearly stated it works it bloody works.
A man who holds shareholders with contempt.
Not prepared and used every excuse for not investing in the ship he steers, preferring to label small investors as gamblers.

Paid himself bonuses and significant salary in the process of destroying share value.
Hasn't presented any meaning full data to support a share price recovery...and to date has only orchestrated rises to line the pockets of short term (2 weeks) financiers.

I don't know how long you two have been invested, but if you had seen your share value plunge to next to nothing over the past year or two......wouldn't you be angry!
Please do not insult shareholders by even attempting to defend the man.
If one or two offend you with their comments, please don't brand those that have had enough and wish for change as bullies......for as far as I can see the bully is Valirx.
The action group asked for answers.....to explain reckless deals/actions....dispel or challenge rumors.... consider recommendations....after weeks of waiting..we now get a gun to our heads.

I think we all are agreed that getting out at the first opportunity is our preferred option...unless the company is restructured with those we can trust to deliver a viable product...

The facts are they are out of cash and in debt....they will be forced into administration unless they are

Dracky.....they are out of money and have no where to go.... Fact!!!!
If it's left any longer the nomad will be forced to suspend.
They cannot even attempt to raise cash without consolidation.
If they go bust....someone will pick up the bones and chew them clean.
Whilst they remain solvent...we may have a chance to get some of our money back!
I'm not contemplating financial suicide yet....we have to win the war...and make these greedy buggars pay...
It breaks my heart but.....I do not want on my conscience....to be partly responsible for the total destruction of all shareholders interests...
