Due to complete incompetence and greed...I cite ....the spiral of death deal together with other suicidal cash raises together with totally disproportionate salaries bills.. our backs are now against the wall.
If the only option left to us is to agree a cash raise to keep the greedy buggers afloat then consolidation is a must as the sp must rise above its nominal face value.
So, I guess we may have to lose this current battle BUT...live to fight another day and WIN the war.
I hope we all agree with Marston and Chris...in that we must not allow GM to take us down....as we WILL reverse the tables....and that must continue to be our mission..

I repeat... we don’t want to force Valirx into admin. Guess we wait to see what else happens this week. Wait until close to the voting deadline ‘just in case’ there’s a material change, but don't lose our voting window!
That's all I can recommend....wait and see but don't burn our bridges....the clocks still ticking.

I've been sitting on the sidelines too long.
I just hoped the BOD would give on something....just open the door a bit...but alas NO!
Will be spending some time this morning in an attempt to get good guidance on the way forward....as for me....the key is to maintain pressure for positive change at BOD level.....which remains removing GM as top priority, but....without allowing the company to go into admin.
Will share any useful advise in due course.

My interest is in the continued existence of Valirx for the benefit of Cancer sufferers and shareholders....as for those at Valirx.....No ones indespensible....don't kid yourself otherwise.

Hi Fred, just started looking at the accounts for 2018.
Not easy to look at on a phone, but I looked at salaries. SV had total income of 213k which fits with the salaries details I previously sent in an excel document.
What is intesting is that the actual salaries are 154k for SV and 124k for GM. There are a few additions for benefits in kind about 1.3k however the 213k includes SV's bonus which was about 40k, GM's 35k. Seems bonuses were paid at about 25% of salary.
Not sure what they did to earn it but its good to be able to look at some comprehensive information. The accounts also include updates on patents and products, but finding a bit too difficult to read on the phone.
