Its pretty clear that George Morris ignores rules....
Especially those intended to protect the interests of shareholders.
He is a despicable person, but I guess they are well suited....the leader and the led.
His every action, (excluding his mates.....the ''well padded'' who have consistently made a quick buck at our expense), appears to continue to be for entirely selfish purposes

I'm assuming that any Valirx BOD meetings can be held via IT links....and that any news updates can then be issued via an RNS ......No one is indespensible....if someone who is sick at home needs to be involved it can and if essential must be delegated.
I see no reason at all to hold back essential news....that is news, in the interest of shareholders, eg essential for ensuring the survival of the company.

...I've been venting my upset together with many others....but I genuinely mean this...I hope we all get through this Coronavirus pandemic together and ok....and I mean all and that doesn't mean just us on this site but as importantly the staff at Varirx, the BOD and those who have and are being given cancer treatment....yes everyone....Sincerely and from the bottom of my heart.

Yes RB a welcome change....just hoping the cheap ones get through the system quickly and no longer hamper a realistic recovery.....based on increasing confidence or course .....we definitely need a few more doses of that.

Mindful of Coronavirus and the likely age range of Valirx investors....we are not expecting to have to travel to London. We have asked for confirmation, albeit 99% certain, that there will be a polled vote and no show of hands necassary at any stage during the event.

Ive just received van answer to my question which was based on the viability of using Geneice/TRAC technology to test for Coronavirus presence... My source is a Lady Scientist and Doctor who many of us know and respect...no smoke and mirrors ...just a straight forward answer that we can all understand.

I don’t know whether TRAC could do it, but as that’s not set up anywhere at the moment it can’t just immediately be used for it (and would need to be developed to do so).

For me, the key will be when they’ve got a test to show past exposure (and/or immunity) as well as the presence of live virus. That would quickly clear a whole crowd of people to be available to look after the more vulnerable people without putting them at risk. I suspect that’s why they’re not pushing the testing numbers at the moment, because once you can do what I’ve described the original test isn’t needed".
