Why unfortunately... If she is, surely it depends on beneficial it is or not..as may be the case, for us Shareholders.
As for Georges proposal at the consolidation ratio proposed I can only see it benefiticial for outstanding warrant holders....lest we forget!

Their recommendations acknowledged, with a promise to consider, but no negotiation entered in to, and no alternative proposal for substantial change presented...

Hi SL100...I know for sure a board director used to communicate with a closed group of investors....fact...
George has communicated with me for two years...I agreed with him that I would share anything that was of interest to shareholders....via the blog sites. During this period I believed him through to the spiral of death deal when, in the absence of a reasonable explanation for his actions, I realized he was not looking after shareholders interests.
From then on I've pleaded with him to come clean and actually look after our interests....It fell on death ears and continues too.
Ps the worst communicator within Valirx is Tarquin.....ironic...isn't it!

Hi British Bulldog...that's a fair question that I am not in a position to answer.
All I can say is that from what I understand there is a proposal sitting within Valirx ..probably in the waste bin...along with the many others the've recieved over the past two years....FACT..but this one is reliant on kicking out a Board Director who is not trusted by the finance community....(that is, apart from the usual leeches that we fall foul of every time).
So I'm guessing if George had bothered to share with us the proposition he's received we would know.
Instead I guess he's just ignored it and intends to continue to go he's own sweet way .....
I wonder why he won't share it, isn't it lucrative enough for him personally!!! Yes, personally!!!!!.... or/and his self preservation....That's the only reason I can see for not sharing it.
But he's worked his ticket..
And as Valju quite rightly pointed out ...like him...I've invested much further to ensure we win again....and bring on change. We have between us plenty of clout ...let's just continue to trust and pull together as I'm sure all will be revealed....and soon.

I'm still buying....as I have faith in the Indians albeit none in two of the chiefs...I'm feeling more and more confident there are honourable people on the side lines prepared to take Valirx further without milking shareholders in the process.
We shall see...the clocks still ticking and threats made by bullies are usually retracted when they are taken on...face to face...no excuses next time.

My viewpoint hasn't changed, particularly as we have been totally ignored....So I intend sticking to the plan...vote George out completely and Satu off the BOD.
Plain and simple as that...In the meantime obviously look closely at any realistic proposals regarding how to fill the void, pay outstanding bills and fund core work ..that is work associated with past and future research...(I'm certain they exist!).
If however genuine members of our action group wish someone else to represent them... someone more qualified and with more teeth I'm happy to stand aside and lend support.

Don't forget Vals tactics....they will let the dust settle and then post to try to engage and divide us.....perhaps they would do best to the this communication I received earlier on this morning....
Remove them as directors.
Keep them on, on a part time basis as special advisors (on a fraction of the wages they're on now, no bonuses unless they get a deal or the drug gets approval) and replace them with someone who's got a proven business record.
Otherwise close it.

Hi Fred & valju firstly congratulations on forcing the bod’s hand although I did wonder yesterday when the 2buys of 10 & 23 million went through if this was the GM and Satu trying to get shares to secure their directorships it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if they had someone buy them for this purpose as they have been shown to be a pair of devious rats.If we do manage to get rid of them are there names in the frame to be voted on to the board as replacements.

Whats the anticipated timeframe for trial completion.
George and his misses could be there for years, stil dragging in their £3k+ per week and their (joke) performance bonuses.
End it now.

I'm so pleased our group no longer has to concern ourselves with internal disruption from val cuckoo's.
Why not all of us title our future posts. "Shareholder action group"...so the BOD see clearly the extent of disgust.

For people who are supposed to be clever, they appear to actually be really thick.
Where's any contrition, where's any we understand shareholders concerns, where's any move to them taking a significant salary cut or suggestion they'll help by putting some of their own money in.
Shocking is all I can say.
No vote from me.
