Hi Dracky...you're quite right...everyone deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt, but please trust me, I'm both a reasonable person and try to live my life honestly.
I can say with 100% confidence that I no longer trust either George Morris or Satu as far as I could throw them.
As this little lot unfolds the story gets darker and darker...
Yes I gave Satu the benefit of the doubt, but I was informed later that she did turn up immaculately dressed....that happened after I'd shown my appreciation for her efforts, so I let it go.
Even after George told me how shocked she was helping a disemboweled stabbing victim....yes disemboweled...Georges words...
With all thats been going on recently added to all the concerns we originally put before them for consideration and answering, all the suggestions for improving shareholder confidence, all the constructive criticism.... What have we recieved....smoke and mirrors...communications aimed at emotional torment ...clever comments that they are as third parties, in receipt of our 'one to one correspondence'.... laughing at us....well enough's enough ....no more Micky taking, no more clever tricks just clear off to Finland or Australia or wherever.... but away from damaging our investments any further.
I'm going to log off again as this entire episode sickens me....they have to be held accountable!!!

Hi all...I best log off for a while as I'm getting more and more frustrated and may say the wrong thing.
I just hope these clowns aren't spending money on nice to haves at the expense of paying bills and, in the process, interrupting essential services.
Their arrogance worries me, as we are on the recieving end of their erratic actions. As I said earlier ..."Pride cometh before the fall" I just don't want them to take us down with them..
Who the hell do they think they are... Brains the size of the universe and egos to match together with zero common sense/empathy.

Agreed....I just had to stop myself posting detail relating to how angry I really feel....glad I didn't as it will all come out when we next eyeball George and Satu..... gentlemanly as usual....but no bull****....We dont have time for that... straight down to the nitty gritty...that is if the two of them are prepared to face an increasing upset, united group of shareholders....just make sure you all turn up next time....I want them to have to book a massive venue to accommodate all who have a common intent... Justice for shareholders.

Fully agree Valju....they are coming out of the woodwork one after the other....a comment was also made at the time that when Satu eventually turned up her clothes were unmarked....a truly amazing feat for someone who was apparently pushing back in the bowels of a stabbed women.....As I said...at the time I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
With so much rumour building up together with facts, which clearly cannot be commented on without a face to face discussion.
We hoped that would happen at the EGM....which I will remind all...I drove from southern tip of Devon, through the night to arrive at Colchester at 04.00 for a 06.25 train into London...then, thank goodness, allowed 2 hours to find the venue. Stood outside in the street waving one or two others in, just in the nick of time,...as they couldn't find the venue....
The location and timing was totally unacceptable....I now feel so upset....if I was the Chair/CEO, and in the absence of satisfactory answers to our original communication.. I'd sack them both on the spot....that's what used to happen in Industry, for far less serious offenses.
As I say...lies totally unacceptable... immediate dismissal...

I feel I have to share a post from Fragma on ADVFN and my reply"I know it’s a sensitive issue but the two main directors of the company that are now being asked to step down both didn’t turn me AGM and after multiple phone calls from the bod members that did bother to turn up, they never mentioned the fact that they were helping attend a stabbing incident.It has taken a while but after many hours of research it has become apparent that there were no stabbing incidents anywhere near their home address or the address of the AGM or anywhere in between. I think there now needs to be an official response as to why they did not turn up to such a crucial meeting".My replyHi Fragma...If you're research is 100% robust....I'm really upset as I stood up for Satu's heroic actions.I'm truly disgusted particularly as George commented on the poor lady being disemboweled.....this clearly needs further investigation within Valirx as lies and deceit are totally unacceptable....as I said, like a fool, I stood up for her.As for George, he had his excuse which in itself was totally unacceptable. I sincerely hope that you are wrong Roses...as if you are correct we have all been misinformed/misguided by Valirx management.
Wondered why the drop yesterday...doesn't take much to raise or drop the sp!
What a fragile state of affairs the selfish greedy actions of some of the BOD has led us to.
As I stated and repeat.....Selfish and Greedy....life style couple!

I wonder why Valifinn is still showing on the main page of the Valirx web site.....when its closed....
Does anyone know or is it more of poor website management.....or mismanagement...whatever the case may be!

Good morning rhd1 and I fully appreciate your comments.
As you quite rightly state, I'm guessing there are many views regarding Valirx ability to manage our business.
The consensus of those who originally joined the group has been reflected in our, and my subsequent correspondence to Valirx. Nothing has changed on that front
To date, I have received nothing of substance worth sharing with the group, only emotion!
Furthermore there are members of the group who have been playing games with us (as demonstrated by GM and my reference to cuckoos) so it has been impractical for members to correspond directly with one another.
Please rest assured that as soon as we receive anything of substance it will be communicated transparently......no smoke and mirrors from us.
In the meantime, if you wish to correspond with Valirx directly, as some of the group do....why not do so yourself.
I end by mentioning that we all look forward to the good news you intimate to...whatever that is and what ever your source may be!

I can assure you that the pressure is on them from all directions....they will have to respond and very soon.....it's the action group, the shareholders, agenda which they are required to follow and time has run out.
