Agreed.. I'd prefer the company was run by honest directors...mindful lacking the experience of many old hands, but prepared to ask, seek, take and act on advice from peers.. not just go native...out of control, accountable to no one.....
I could cope with educated idiots in my past job as I could place them on career development moves and rid us of the cancerous damage inflicted on the lesser qualified but far more capable "hands on" troops.
The capable clever few were kept, took notice of the experienced and went onto greater things.
No one should be held in contempt unless they have a proven record.. As far as I can see George fits nicely into that category....OR WORSE...

Pray tell me....just what has Valirx delivered with all the grant money you refer to....I should also add tax credit.
Now I know we shareholders are just fickle yobs....but we've earned our money and spent it trusting it was to make a difference to those suffering. Tell me what has Valirx delivered mindful their business plan is based on added value via involvement in a chain of events. Come on...and don't mention incompetence as we know the've been successful at that task.
